【摘要】：目的:對中西醫(yī)結合治療乙型肝炎相關性肝衰竭的臨床隨機對照試驗研究進行療效與方法學質(zhì)量評價,明確治療的有效性及應用性。方法:電子數(shù)據(jù)庫(Pub Med、Cochrane肝膽病組試驗注冊資料庫、Cochrane圖書館對照試驗注冊庫、中國知網(wǎng)、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫、萬方數(shù)字化期刊網(wǎng)、中國臨床試驗注冊中心)中檢索符合納入標準的隨機對照試驗文獻,時間范圍為2000年1月至2016年12月;選取中藥制劑聯(lián)合西醫(yī)干預措施治療乙型肝炎相關性肝衰竭的臨床隨機對照研究。使用Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)專用軟件Review Manager 5.3進行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析。結果:66項研究共5851例患者納入Meta分析,結果顯示臨床總有效率、病死率、MELD評分的中西醫(yī)結合治療作用明顯優(yōu)于單純西醫(yī)組(P0.00001)。結論:中西醫(yī)結合治療乙型肝炎相關性肝衰竭可提高臨床療效并降低病死率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and methodological quality of a randomized controlled trial in the treatment of hepatitis B associated liver failure with integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods: the electronic database Pub Medus Cochrane hepatobiliary group trial registration database, the Cochrane Library controlled trial Registry, China knowledge Network, Weip Database, Wanfang Digital Journal Network, The literature of randomized controlled trials, which met the inclusion criteria, was retrieved from January 2000 to December 2016 in China Clinical trial Registry. A randomized controlled clinical study was conducted on the treatment of hepatitis B related liver failure with the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine preparation and western medicine. The data were analyzed by Review Manager 5.3, a special software of Cochrane cooperation network. Results 5851 patients were included in the Meta analysis in the study of #number0# 66 items. The results showed that the total clinical effective rate, mortality and meld score of combined Chinese and western medicine were significantly better than that of western medicine alone (P 0.00001). Conclusion: the treatment of hepatitis B related liver failure with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the fatality rate.
