【摘要】：目的：通過研究HBD-2在尋常疣皮損中的表達，探討HBD-2與尋常疣發(fā)病的關(guān)系。 方法：25例尋常疣患者皮膚活檢標本均來自我院門診，男性15例，女性10例，年齡均在30-65歲，平均47.5歲，病程20天±130天，取20例尋常型銀屑病患者作為陽性對照組，男性10例，女性10例，年齡在20-60歲，平均40歲，所有標本經(jīng)10%的福爾馬林液固定，石蠟包埋，常規(guī)HE染色，組織病理確診。正常皮膚組織來自我院整形手術(shù)切除的外觀正常的皮膚，其中男性5例，女性10例，年齡30-56歲，平均年齡43歲。入選所有病例3個月內(nèi)未接受免疫療法及其他治療，且排除自身免疫性疾病和其他感染性疾病，妊娠期及哺乳期患者未納入本研究。采用免疫組化SP法檢測25例尋常疣皮損組織、20例尋常型銀屑病皮損組織、15例正常皮膚組織石蠟標本中HBD-2表達情況，，計算免疫組化染色的平均灰密度值，并進行統(tǒng)計學分析。 結(jié)果： 1. HBD-2在尋常疣患者與尋常型銀屑病患者中均有表達，正常皮膚為少量至陰性表達。 2.尋常疣患者與尋常型銀屑病患者相比，HBD-2水平低于尋常型銀屑病陽性對照組，較正常人皮膚組織表達高，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05） 結(jié)論：HBD-2可能參與尋常疣免疫調(diào)節(jié)過程，可能與尋常疣的發(fā)病有一定關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of HBD-2 in the lesions of verruca vulgaris and to explore the relationship between HBD-2 and the pathogenesis of verruca vulgaris. Methods the skin biopsy specimens of 25 patients with verruca vulgaris were collected from outpatient clinic of our hospital, 15 males and 10 females, aged 30-65 years (mean 47.5 years), the course of disease was 20 days 鹵130 days. 20 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were taken as positive control group, 10 cases of males. Ten cases of female, aged 20-60 years, with an average of 40 years old, were fixed with 10%% formalin solution, embedded in paraffin, stained by routine HE, and confirmed by histopathology. The normal skin tissue was obtained from the normal appearance skin removed by plastic surgery in our hospital. There were 5 males and 10 females, aged 30-56 years, with an average age of 43. All the patients were not treated with immunotherapy or other treatment within 3 months, and autoimmune diseases and other infectious diseases were excluded. The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of HBD-2 in 20 cases of psoriasis vulgaris and 15 cases of normal skin tissue. The average grey density of immunohistochemical staining was calculated and analyzed statistically. Results:. 1. HBD-2 was expressed in both verruca vulgaris and psoriasis vulgaris. 2. The level of HBD-2 in patients with verruca vulgaris and psoriasis vulgaris was lower than that in patients with psoriasis vulgaris, and the expression of HBD-2 was higher in patients with verruca vulgaris than in patients with psoriasis vulgaris (P 0.05). Conclusion the immune regulation of verruca vulgaris may be involved in the immunomodulation process.
