【摘要】：目的分析龍巖市2011年病毒性腦炎病例�？刹《綶人腸道致細(xì)胞病變孤兒病毒,Enteric Cytopathogenic Human Orphan(ECHO)Virus]30型(ECHO30型)特征。方法對(duì)龍巖市2011年某醫(yī)院病毒性腦炎住院病例采集腦脊液(Cerebrospinal Fluid,CSF)進(jìn)行病毒分離、血清中和試驗(yàn)定型;選取4株ECHO30型分離株,測(cè)定VP1編碼區(qū)序列,與國(guó)內(nèi)外其他病毒株進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果從142份患者CSF標(biāo)本中分離到ECHO30型20株、ECHO11型7株、ECHO6型10株。4株ECHO30型VP1編碼區(qū)序列長(zhǎng)度為606個(gè)核苷酸,編碼202個(gè)氨基酸。4株的核苷酸和氨基酸同源性分別為97%~100%和88%~100%。與2000年Bastianni原型株的核苷酸和氨基酸同源性分別為81%~82%和81%~93%。與2010年山東省、2011和2012年福州市流行毒株核苷酸和氨基酸同源性分別為96%~100%和87%~100%。系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化樹分析顯示,4株龍巖分離株同屬基因型(Genotype)Ⅱ。結(jié)論龍巖市2011年病毒性腦炎病例的ECHO_(30)型為GenotypeⅡ。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of encephalitis virus type 30 (Enteric Cytopathogenic Human Orphan(ECHO)Virus) of 2011 viral encephalitis in Longyan city. Methods Cerebrospinal fluid (Cerebrospinal fluid) was collected from patients with viral encephalitis in a hospital in Longyan City on 2011. Fluido CSF) for virus isolation, Four isolates of ECHO30 type were selected and the sequence of VP1 coding region was determined. Results 20 strains of ECHO30 type 7 strains of ECHO6 type 7 strains of ECHO30 type 6 type 10 strains of ECHO30 type VP1 coding region length of 606 nucleotides were isolated from 142 patients with CSF. The nucleotide and amino acid homology of 202 amino acid 4 strains were 97 100% and 88 100%, respectively. The nucleotide and amino acid homology with 2000 Bastianni prototype strain were 81 2% and 81 0% respectively. The phylogenetic tree analysis showed that four Longyan isolates belong to Genotype.Conclusion in 2011, the virus encephalitis in Longyan City is Genotype 鈪，
