【摘要】：目的統(tǒng)計抗結(jié)核藥物治療不良反應(yīng),分析白細(xì)胞下降的影響因素,比較芪膠升白膠囊與利可君片治療白細(xì)胞下降的效果。方法統(tǒng)計2014年1月至2015年11月確診的840例肺結(jié)核患者的不良反應(yīng),分析白細(xì)胞下降的影響因素;評估比較芪膠升白膠囊(n=480)及利可君(n=360)治療白細(xì)胞下降的療效。結(jié)果臨床醫(yī)生對血常規(guī)監(jiān)測不夠重視(39.4%)。不良反應(yīng)中肝功損害發(fā)生率最高(肝酶譜異常27.0%,膽汁酸升高8.2%)、白細(xì)胞下降次之[25.4%,Ⅰ度為主(16.9%)];女性(P=0.000)和合并肝功損害(P=0.010)可能是白細(xì)胞下降的危險因素。兩種藥物治療后白細(xì)胞上升,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.000)。結(jié)論白細(xì)胞下降發(fā)生率較高,女性和肝功損害者更易出現(xiàn),復(fù)診時應(yīng)注意血常規(guī)監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influence factors of leukocytopenia on the side effects of antituberculous drug therapy. Methods the adverse reactions of 840 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from January 2014 to November 2015 were analyzed and the influencing factors of leukopenia were analyzed. To evaluate and compare the therapeutic effects of Qijiaoshengbai capsule (QJSHB 480) and rikejunn (360) in the treatment of leukopenia. Results the clinicians did not pay enough attention to blood routine monitoring. The incidence of liver function damage was the highest among the adverse reactions (hepatic enzyme spectrum abnormality 27.0 and bile acid increased). 8.2%, leukocytopenia (25.4%, mainly 16.9C), female P0. 000) and combined liver damage (P0. 010) may be the risk factors of leukopenia. Conclusion the incidence of leukocytopenia is higher in women and patients with liver dysfunction.
