【摘要】：嗜麥芽寡養(yǎng)單胞菌(Sm)在免疫缺陷患者和重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室患者可以引起嚴(yán)重的感染,是醫(yī)院感染重要的病原體;Sm在醫(yī)院環(huán)境中廣泛存在,而且對多種臨床常用的抗菌藥物和消毒劑天然耐藥,給感染管理和臨床治療都帶來了巨大的挑戰(zhàn);因此,筆者總結(jié)了醫(yī)院內(nèi)Sm感染的危險因素與高危人群、毒力因子與耐藥機(jī)制以及最新的感染管理與臨床治療策略,為Sm感染的治療和預(yù)防控制提供參考。
[Abstract]:Maltophilia oligotrophomonas maltophilia (Smm) can cause severe infection in immunodeficient patients and patients in intensive care unit (ICU). It is an important pathogen of nosocomial infection, Sm, which is widely found in hospital environment. Moreover, natural resistance to many kinds of antibiotics and disinfectants, which is commonly used in clinic, has brought great challenge to infection management and clinical treatment. Therefore, the author summarized the risk factors and high risk groups of Sm infection in hospital. Virulence factor and drug resistance mechanism, as well as the latest infection management and clinical treatment strategies, for the treatment of Sm infection and prevention and control of reference.
