【摘要】：目的分析2012年理塘縣人間鼠疫疫情,為人間鼠疫處置提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法運(yùn)用流行病學(xué)調(diào)查方法,并結(jié)合臨床表現(xiàn)和實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)結(jié)果。結(jié)果從死者的右腋下淋巴穿刺液、右腋下淋巴結(jié)、肋骨和皮下血棉拭子分離出鼠疫菌;自斃喜馬拉雅旱獺股骨分離出鼠疫菌;IHA檢測(cè)血清52份,結(jié)果均為陰性;RIHA檢測(cè)人體及旱獺標(biāo)本懸液10份,陽(yáng)性8份,最高滴度為1∶40 960。結(jié)論通過(guò)流行病學(xué)調(diào)查、臨床表現(xiàn)和實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)結(jié)果,確認(rèn)死者是感染鼠疫菌而引起腺鼠疫繼發(fā)敗血型鼠疫導(dǎo)致死亡;在自斃旱獺分離出鼠疫菌確定理塘縣為鼠疫自然疫源地,動(dòng)物鼠疫流行猛烈,人間鼠疫和動(dòng)物間鼠疫并發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic situation of human plague in 2012 and to provide scientific basis for the disposal of human plague. Methods Epidemiological investigation method was used in combination with clinical manifestations and laboratory results. Results the puncture fluid was obtained from the right axillary lymph node of the deceased. Yersinia pestis was isolated from the right axillary lymph nodes, ribs and subcutaneous blood cotton swabs. IHA isolated from the femur of Marmota Himalayan was tested for 52 serum samples. The highest titer was 1:40 960.Conclusion through epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestations and laboratory results, the dead were confirmed to be infected with Yersinia pestis and caused by plague secondary septic plague resulting in death. The Yersinia pestis isolated from the dead marmot confirmed that the natural foci of plague were in Litang County, the plague of animals was violent, and the plague between human and animal was complicated.
