【摘要】：目的調(diào)查青海省海北藏族自治州棘球蚴病的流行分布現(xiàn)狀。方法對海北州4縣≥3歲當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窈驮谛W(xué)生采用B超和ELISA法檢查棘球蚴感染及患病情況;收集家犬糞便,采用ELISA法檢測棘球絳蟲抗原;采用病原學(xué)方法調(diào)查當(dāng)?shù)丶倚蠛鸵吧鷩X類動物棘球蚴感染情況。結(jié)果調(diào)查13 241人,B超查出棘球蚴病患者33例(占0.25%),均為囊型棘球蚴病;兒童棘球蚴病患病率為0(0/5 369),細(xì)粒棘球蚴抗體陽性率為8.03%(431/5 369)。調(diào)查家犬1 259只,糞抗原陽性率為17.8%(231/1 295);調(diào)查家畜(牛、羊)和野生嚙齒類動物3 043頭和4 048只,感染率分別為3.52%(1 07/3 043)和0.86%(35/4 048)。結(jié)論海北州為細(xì)粒棘球絳蟲Ⅱ類流行區(qū),犬是其主要傳染源。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and distribution of echinococcosis in Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province. Methods the infection and prevalence of echinococcosis were examined by B-ultrasound and ELISA method in residents and students aged more than 3 years in 4 counties of Haibei Prefecture, and the feces of domestic dogs were collected. ELISA method was used to detect Echinococcus antigen and pathogen method was used to investigate the infection of echinococcosis in local domestic animals and wild rodents. Results the results showed that 33 patients with echinococcosis (0.25%) were diagnosed by B-mode ultrasound, all of them were cystic echinococcosis. The prevalence of echinococcosis in children was 0 / 5369, and the positive rate of Echinococcus granulosus antibody was 8.0343 / 53690.The positive rate of fecal antigen and domestic dogs was 1 259, and the positive rate of fecal antigen was 17. 821 / 1 2955.The animals (cattle, sheep) and wild rodents were 3 043 and 4 048. The infection rate of Echinococcus granulosus was 3.52% 1 07/3 043) and 0.86% 35 / 4 048% respectively. Conclusion Haibei is a class 鈪，
