【摘要】：目的了解河南省大學(xué)生性行為和艾滋病相關(guān)態(tài)度現(xiàn)況。方法采用分層整群抽樣的方法在河南省7個(gè)省轄市抽取大學(xué)生2 727人,使用《中國(guó)青少年健康相關(guān)行為調(diào)查問卷(大學(xué)版)》進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)匿名問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 22.6%的大學(xué)生對(duì)隔離艾滋病同學(xué)持贊同態(tài)度,67.6%的學(xué)生對(duì)歧視、侮辱艾滋病感染者持反對(duì)態(tài)度。10.0%的大學(xué)生曾發(fā)生過性行為,不同性別、年級(jí)、城鄉(xiāng)類型、家庭人均收入及學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)不同大學(xué)生性行為發(fā)生率不同,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。女性、學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)好、無單獨(dú)約會(huì)過的異性朋友是大學(xué)生性行為發(fā)生的保護(hù)因素,高年級(jí)、母親高學(xué)歷和看黃色書刊與音像制品是性行為發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素。發(fā)生過性行為的大學(xué)生中存在多種不安全性行為。結(jié)論大學(xué)生對(duì)艾滋病和不安全性行為的認(rèn)知程度仍不夠,需加大健康教育力度。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the sexual behavior and AIDS related attitudes of college students in Henan Province. Methods 2727 college students were sampled from 7 provinces and municipalities in Henan Province by stratified cluster sampling. The questionnaire on Health related behavior of Chinese adolescents (University Edition) was used to carry out anonymous field questionnaire. Results 22.6% of the college students agreed with the segregation of AIDS students 67.6% of the students discriminated against them. 10.0% of the college students who were insulting to HIV / AIDS had ever had sexual behavior, different sex, grade, urban and rural type, family per capita income and academic achievement of different college students had different incidence of sexual behavior, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Heterosexual friends with good academic performance and no single dates are the protective factors for college students' sexual behavior. Mothers with high education and reading pornographic books and audio-visual products were the risk factors of sexual intercourse. There were many kinds of unsafe sexual behaviors among college students who had sex. Conclusion the cognition of AIDS and unsafe sex among college students is still not enough. Health education should be strengthened.
