【摘要】：報(bào)道1例紫色毛癬菌致兒童甲真菌病,通過文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)統(tǒng)計(jì)并分析該病的病原學(xué)和臨床特點(diǎn)�；颊吲�,1歲8個(gè)月,右3趾及拇趾甲遠(yuǎn)端增厚變黃3個(gè)月余。取病變甲屑KOH涂片真菌鏡檢為陽性,可見透明的分隔菌絲。經(jīng)真菌培養(yǎng)和菌株鑒定為紫色毛癬菌�？紤]患兒年齡過小,未予藥物治療。
[Abstract]:To report 1 cases of onychomycosis in children caused by Trichophyton violaceum, through literature review and statistical analysis of the etiology and clinical characteristics of female patients. 1 years, 8 months, 3 right toe and toe nail distal thickening yellow for 3 months. The pathological nail filing KOH smear microscopic examination was positive, septate hyphae visible transparent. By fungal culture and strain identification for Trichophyton violaceum. Consider the children age is too small, not drug treatment.
