【摘要】：正"我國(guó)首次對(duì)2009年甲型H1N1流感大流行有效防控及集成創(chuàng)新性研究"獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)。其8大創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)1:是在國(guó)務(wù)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,建立了由衛(wèi)生部牽頭,各部委參與的聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機(jī)制。以機(jī)制創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)科技創(chuàng)新,以科技創(chuàng)新支撐疫情防控,使我國(guó)在人類歷史上首次實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)流感大流行的有效干預(yù)和控制。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)2:在國(guó)際上首先研制成功診斷試劑。獲得了發(fā)明專利。并被世界衛(wèi)生組織采納,推廣全球。還為13個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)家和地區(qū)提供了試劑和技術(shù),協(xié)助他們防控甲流。
[Abstract]:"For the first time in China on the 2009 H1N1 influenza pandemic prevention and effective integration of innovative research" won the first prize of national science and technology progress.
