【摘要】：人口流行病學(xué)證據(jù)表明,炎癥性腸病的發(fā)病率與寄生蟲感染率呈負(fù)相關(guān),提示寄生蟲感染具有治療炎癥性腸病的潛力。目前對待寄生蟲的視角,逐漸從消除寄生蟲,轉(zhuǎn)向到利用寄生蟲或其排泄分泌物開發(fā)安全、有效的炎癥性腸病療法。本文就近年來運用寄生蟲模型治療炎癥性腸病的效果及機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Demographic epidemiological evidence shows that the incidence of inflammatory bowel disease is negatively correlated with the infection rate of parasites, suggesting that parasite infection has the potential to treat inflammatory bowel disease. The aim of this paper is to develop a safe and effective therapy for inflammatory bowel disease by using parasites or their excretory secretions. This article reviews the progress in the study of the efficacy and mechanism of parasite model in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease in recent years.
