【摘要】：目的研究上海市黃浦區(qū)1956—2011年病毒性肝炎疫情的流行特征,評(píng)價(jià)防治工作成效。方法通過(guò)收集黃浦區(qū)歷年肝炎疫情的紙質(zhì)或電子資料,運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)研究方法,利用地區(qū)的、人群的資料,研究疾病的流行面貌,對(duì)歷年疾病流行特征和趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行研究,采用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)方法分析數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果 1956—1994年病毒性肝炎發(fā)病處于較高水平,1988年達(dá)歷史最高值,發(fā)病率為5191.78/10萬(wàn)。1995年后控制在較低水平。1960-1980年死亡率較高,2000—2011年平均死亡率為0.10/10萬(wàn),下降至較低水平。肝炎以男性多發(fā),男女發(fā)病數(shù)之比為1.67:1。甲肝和乙肝以30~40歲年齡組發(fā)病率最高,發(fā)病率分別為3.81/10萬(wàn)和8.71/10萬(wàn)。甲肝、戊肝在1—4月出現(xiàn)高發(fā)。結(jié)論 1956—2011年上海市黃浦區(qū)病毒性肝炎預(yù)防控制效果明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the epidemic characteristics of viral hepatitis in Huangpu District of Shanghai from 1956 to 2011 and to evaluate the effectiveness of prevention and treatment. Data of population, epidemiological features and trends of diseases in past years were studied. Descriptive statistical method was used to analyze the data. Results the incidence of viral hepatitis in 1956-1994 was at a high level and reached its highest level in 1988. The incidence rate was 5191.78 / 100,000,000. After 1995, the mortality rate was higher in the period 1960-1980. The average mortality rate in 2000-2011 was 0.10 / 100, 000, which decreased to a lower level. Hepatitis occurred mostly in men, and the ratio of male to female incidence was 1.67: 1.The incidence rate of hepatitis A and hepatitis B was the highest in the age group of 30 to 40 years of age. The incidence rates of hepatitis A and E were 3.81 / 100 and 8.71 / 100 thousand respectively. Hepatitis A and E had a high incidence in January and April. Conclusion the prevention and control effect of viral hepatitis in Huangpu District of Shanghai from 1956 to 2011 is obvious.
