【摘要】：目的評價中國(未包括香港、澳門特別行政區(qū)和臺灣地區(qū))2015年脊髓灰質(zhì)炎(脊灰)實驗室網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Polio laboratory network,PLN)運轉(zhuǎn)情況,為中國維持無脊灰狀態(tài)提供病毒學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對中國急性弛緩性麻痹(Acute flaccid paralysis,AFP)病例監(jiān)測信息報告管理系統(tǒng)中31個省(自治區(qū)、直轄市)報告的AFP病例和中國疾病預(yù)防控制中心(CDC)病毒病預(yù)防控制所國家脊灰實驗室(National Polio Laboratory,NPL)的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,對PLN的各項運轉(zhuǎn)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評價。結(jié)果 2015年中國共報告5 218例AFP病例,PLN收到5 173例AFP病例的10 335份糞便標(biāo)本;14天內(nèi)雙份糞便標(biāo)本采集率為92.76%;合格糞便標(biāo)本采集率為92.16%,病毒分離結(jié)果 14天內(nèi)反饋率為96%。5 173例病例中,L20B陽性69例(1.33%);非脊灰腸道病毒(Non-polio enterovirus,NPEV)陽性472例(9.12%)。NPL收到省級脊灰實驗室送檢的分離自AFP病例、非AFP病例、AFP病例接觸者及健康人的179株L20B細(xì)胞陽性分離物,其中173株為脊灰病毒(Poliovirus,PV),4株為NPEV,2株為非腸道病毒(Non-enterovirus,NEV)。173株P(guān)V中,8株為疫苗衍生脊灰病毒(Vaccine-derived poliovirus,VDPV),來自浙江、廣東和遼寧;未發(fā)現(xiàn)脊灰野病毒(Wild poliovirus,WPV)。從脊灰病毒外環(huán)境監(jiān)測采集的污水標(biāo)本中分離到1株Ⅱ型VDPV。2015年NPL和31個省CDC脊灰實驗室都通過了世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)糞便標(biāo)本脊灰等腸道病毒的新檢測流程的能力驗證標(biāo)本考核。NPL和27個省CDC脊灰實驗室通過了WHO型內(nèi)鑒定能力驗證考核。結(jié)論中國PLN 2015年運轉(zhuǎn)正常,未發(fā)現(xiàn)WPV,為維持中國無脊灰狀態(tài),早期發(fā)現(xiàn)VDPV或VDPV病例,早期采取應(yīng)對措施阻斷其傳播提供了重要的病毒學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the operation of Polio laboratory Network in 2015 in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative region and Taiwan). Methods 31 provinces (autonomous regions) of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) case monitoring information management system in China were used to provide virological basis for maintaining poliomyelitis free status. The surveillance database of AFP cases reported by the municipality directly under the Central Government and the National Polio Laboratory of the National Institute for Polio Disease Control and Prevention of the China Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was statistically analyzed. Results in 2015, 5 218 cases of AFP were reported to have received 10 335 fecal specimens from 5 173 cases of AFP in China. The collection rate of double stool specimens in 14 days was 92.766.The rate of collection of qualified stool specimens was 92.76. For 92.16, the feedback rate in 14 days was 96.5 173 cases, 69 cases were positive for L20B, 472 cases were positive for non-poliomyelitis enterovirus.NPL received AFP cases from provincial polio laboratory. There are 179 strains of L20B cell positive isolates from non-AFP case contacts and healthy people, of which 173 strains are Poliovirusus PVV, 4 strains are NPEV virus, 2 strains are non-enterovirus.173 strains PV, 8 strains are vaccine-derived poliovirus vaccine-derived poliovirus virion, from Zhejiang, Guangdong and Liaoning. Wild poliovirus wild poliovirus was not found. One strain of NPL of type II VDPV.2015 year and 31 provincial CDC polio laboratories were isolated from waste water samples collected from external environment monitoring of poliovirus. All of them passed World Health Organization (WHO) fecal specimen polio and other enterovirus. NPL and 27 provincial CDC poliomyelitis laboratories passed the WHO type test. Conclusion in 2015, PLN in China operated normally. The absence of WPVprovides an important virological basis for maintaining poliomyelitis in China, early detection of VDPV or VDPV cases, and early response measures to block the transmission of WPVs.
