【摘要】：目的了解河南省2016年健康人群麻疹、風(fēng)疹、流行性腮腺炎(流腮)抗體水平。方法采用系統(tǒng)抽樣方法選擇河南省3個(gè)縣(區(qū))8個(gè)年齡組共449名健康人采集血標(biāo)本,用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)測(cè)定血清中麻疹、風(fēng)疹、流腮Ig G抗體。結(jié)果在449名監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)象中,麻疹、風(fēng)疹、流腮抗體陽性率分別為93.99%、88.42%、87.08%,抗體幾何平均濃度(GMC)分別為1 180.57m IU/ml、78.57IU/ml、555.69IU/ml。麻疹和風(fēng)疹抗體陽性率在各年齡組之間無顯著性差異、各地區(qū)之間有顯著性差異;流腮抗體陽性率在各年齡組之間有顯著性差異,在地區(qū)之間無顯著性差異。麻疹和流腮GMC在各年齡組和地區(qū)之間均有顯著性差異,風(fēng)疹GMC在各地區(qū)間有顯著性差異,在年齡組之間無顯著性差異。結(jié)論河南省健康人群麻疹、風(fēng)疹、流腮抗體水平整體較高,需加強(qiáng)弱勢(shì)區(qū)域和重點(diǎn)年齡組含麻疹、風(fēng)疹、流腮成分疫苗的接種工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the antibody levels of measles, rubella and mumps (gills) in healthy population in Henan Province in 2016. Methods Blood samples were collected from 449 healthy persons from 8 age groups in 3 counties (districts) of Henan Province by systematic sampling. Serum measles, rubella and gills IgG antibodies were determined by Elisa. Results measles, rubella and rubella were detected in 449 subjects. The positive rates of gills antibody were 93.99m 88.42 and 87.08, respectively. The geometric mean concentration of antibodies (GMCs) was 1 180.57m IUP / ml 78.57 IUP / ml. There was no significant difference in the positive rates of measles and rubella antibodies among different age groups, but there were significant differences among different regions. The positive rate of gills antibody was significantly different among different age groups, but not among different regions. Measles and gills GMC had significant differences among different age groups and regions, and rubella GMC had significant difference among different regions. Conclusion the level of measles, rubella and gills antibody in healthy population in Henan Province is relatively high, and it is necessary to strengthen the vaccination of measles, rubella and gills in vulnerable areas and key age groups.
