【摘要】：目的了解安徽省巢湖地區(qū)新布尼亞病毒感染患者的臨床特點(diǎn)和病重相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素。方法回顧性分析2012年4月~2015年11月安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬巢湖醫(yī)院確診的發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征布尼亞病毒(severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus,SFTSV)(簡(jiǎn)稱"新布尼亞病毒")感染住院病例,采用描述流行病學(xué)方法對(duì)確診的病例流行特征、臨床特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,并用單因素Logistic回歸分析與病情嚴(yán)重程度相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果安徽省巢湖地區(qū)2012-2015年共報(bào)告57例發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征(severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome,SFTS),病死率為19.3%,且該地區(qū)SFTSV感染的病例呈逐年上升趨勢(shì),而農(nóng)民及高齡是重癥組的高危因素;4~9月為該病流行季,發(fā)病月份主要集中在5~6月份;經(jīng)單因素Logistic回歸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)意識(shí)障礙(OR=14.236,95%CI:1.324~152.091)、血尿(OR=2.583,95%CI:1.114~5.990)和空腹葡萄糖升高(OR=34.838,95%CI:2.113~569.427)對(duì)病情嚴(yán)重程度具有預(yù)測(cè)作用。結(jié)論患者一旦出現(xiàn)意識(shí)障礙、血尿及空腹葡萄糖升高時(shí),提示其病情危重,應(yīng)引起醫(yī)護(hù)人員的足夠重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics and risk factors of neobonia virus infection in Chaohu area of Anhui Province. Methods the febrile patients diagnosed in Chaohu Hospital affiliated to Anhui Medical University from April 2012 to November 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Small plate reduction syndrome Bunia virus severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirusSFT virus (abbreviated as "New Bunia virus") infection in hospital cases, The epidemiological characteristics and clinical characteristics of confirmed cases were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results A total of 57 cases of fever with severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome were reported from 2012 to 2015 in Chaohu area, Anhui Province. The cases showed an upward trend year by year. Farmers and the elderly were the high risk factors in the severe group from 4 to September, and the months of onset were mainly in May and June, and the single factor Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the incidence of the disease. It was found that the severity of the disease was predicted by the disturbance of consciousness, I. e. 1.324C: 152.091g, hematuria: 2.583n 95CIU: 1.11440 (5.990) and fasting glucose elevation (OR34.83888.95CIW 2.1133.569.427). Conclusion once there is a disturbance of consciousness, the level of hematuria and fasting glucose is increased, which indicates that the patient is in a critical condition. Adequate attention should be paid by medical staff.
