【摘要】：目的了解邊境建筑工地工人艾滋病知識和高危行為及其影響因素,為下一步開展健康教育提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法在云南省中緬邊境某大型水電站工地,采取整群抽取的方法,對該工地建筑工人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果共調(diào)查327名建筑工人,58.7%在30歲以上,男性占96.0%,工頭和普通小工分別占19.6%和80.4%。被調(diào)查者中59.9%來自云南省外。艾滋病知識知曉率僅為64.8%,15.6%的被調(diào)查者自報(bào)最近一年發(fā)生過商業(yè)性性行為,而最近一次發(fā)生商業(yè)性性行為時(shí),安全套使用率僅為52.9%。多因素分析結(jié)果顯示,文化程度、婚姻狀況、來自哪里是影響艾滋病知識知曉的主要因素;最近一年發(fā)生商業(yè)性性行為則與年齡、文化程度、工種、來自哪里有關(guān);最近一次發(fā)生商業(yè)性性行為使用安全套的影響因素為文化程度和婚姻狀況。結(jié)論建筑工地工人對艾滋病知識認(rèn)知不足,商業(yè)性性行為發(fā)生比例高而安全套使用率低。當(dāng)?shù)匦l(wèi)生部門可根據(jù)建筑工人行為特點(diǎn),制定具有針對性的健康教育方案和干預(yù)措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge and high risk behaviors of HIV / AIDS among workers in border construction sites and their influencing factors, and to provide scientific basis for carrying out health education in the next step. Methods the cluster extraction method was adopted in a large hydropower station site along the border between China and Myanmar in Yunnan Province. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the construction workers on the site. Results A total of 58.7% of the 327 construction workers were over 30 years old. The male accounted for 96.0 and the foremen and ordinary petty workers accounted for 19.6% and 80.4.The 59.9% of the respondents came from outside Yunnan Province. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was only 64.8% and 15.6% of the respondents reported that they had had commercial sex in the last year, and the last time they had had commercial sex, The condom use rate was only 52.9%. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the education level, marital status and origin were the main factors affecting the knowledge of AIDS. In the last year, commercial sex was associated with age, education, and type of work. The most recent occurrence of commercial sexual use of condoms is related to the educational level and marital status. Conclusion the construction site workers do not know enough about HIV / AIDS. According to the behavioral characteristics of construction workers, local health departments can formulate targeted health education programs and interventions.
