【摘要】：正為了將有效的理論依據(jù)提供給基因工程重組HPV L1蛋白疫苗的應(yīng)用,本研究對(duì)桂西地區(qū)尖銳濕疣患者HPV DNA分型及HPV L1基因多態(tài)性進(jìn)行了研究。1材料與方法1.1標(biāo)本和試劑選本院皮膚科2014年7月至2016年7月收治的31例尖銳濕疣患者,所有患者均經(jīng)病理診斷結(jié)合臨床癥狀確診為尖銳濕疣。在無(wú)菌條件下采集組織標(biāo)本,切取病變組織,保存在-80℃?zhèn)溆�。�?gòu)買
[Abstract]:In order to provide effective theoretical basis for the application of recombinant HPV L1 protein vaccine, In this study, HPV DNA typing and HPV L1 gene polymorphism in patients with condyloma acuminatum in western Guangxi were studied. 1 samples and reagents were collected from 31 patients with condyloma acuminatum from July 2014 to July 2016 in our department of dermatology.
