【摘要】：目的分析副腫瘤邊緣性腦炎（PLE）的特點(diǎn)，提高對該疾病的認(rèn)識。 方法通過對2000年-2011年收住我科的2例及文獻(xiàn)檢索的11例[1-7]PLE患者的臨床資料，結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行回顧性分析。 結(jié)果該病主要表現(xiàn)為急性或亞急性起病，首發(fā)癥狀為記憶障礙、精神異常，常常有癲癇發(fā)作，病程前后發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤病灶。典型MRI影像學(xué)改變表現(xiàn)為單側(cè)或雙側(cè)邊緣葉T2WI高信號,FLAIR圖像病灶更清晰，增強(qiáng)掃描不強(qiáng)化或有輕度小斑片狀強(qiáng)化。 結(jié)論P(yáng)LE臨床表現(xiàn)缺乏特異性，易漏診、誤診，，為此，需提高對該疾病的認(rèn)識，早期明確診斷，篩查原發(fā)隱匿腫瘤。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of paraneoplastic marginal encephalitis (PLE) and to improve the understanding of the disease. Methods from 2000 to 2011, 2 cases of our department and 11 cases of literature retrieval were collected. [The clinical data of PLE patients were retrospectively analyzed in combination with literature. Results the main symptoms of the disease were acute or subacute onset, the first symptom was memory disorder, mental disorder, often epileptic seizures. Tumor lesions were found before and after the course of the disease. Typical MRI imaging features were higher intensity flair images on unilateral or bilateral marginal lobes on T2WI. The enhancement scan was not enhanced or slightly patchy enhancement. Conclusion the clinical manifestations of PLE are lack of specificity, easy to be missed and misdiagnosed. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the understanding of the disease, to make early diagnosis and to screen the primary occult tumor.
