【摘要】：目的了解綿陽(yáng)市、縣兩級(jí)男男性行為人群(MSM)的人口學(xué)特征、艾滋病知識(shí)、相關(guān)行為及疫情現(xiàn)狀。方法以綿陽(yáng)市轄區(qū)內(nèi)MSM為對(duì)象,應(yīng)用滾雪球抽樣法,在固定場(chǎng)所,知情同意下招募調(diào)查對(duì)象,進(jìn)行自填式匿名行為學(xué)調(diào)查和生物學(xué)檢測(cè)。結(jié)果調(diào)查MSM 833人,其中市級(jí)267人,縣級(jí)566人�？h級(jí)MSM年齡較小,文化程度低,未婚比例較高,與市級(jí)MSM比較存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(均P0.05)。艾滋病知識(shí)知曉率市級(jí)為99.6%(266/267),高于縣級(jí)的97.0%(549/566)(P0.05)。市、縣級(jí)MSM尋找性伴場(chǎng)所分別為:酒吧型8.2%(13/159)、28.5%(121/424),浴室型1.9%(3/159)、20.5%(87/424),公園型19.5%(31/159)、3.1%(13/424),網(wǎng)絡(luò)型64.2%(102/159)、36.3%(154/424),家庭型6.3%(10/159)、11.6%(49/424)(P0.05)。市、縣級(jí)MSM分別有66.9%(99/148)、52.2%(224/429)在當(dāng)?shù)貙ふ倚园?24.3%(36/148)、33.8%(145/429)在郊縣及綿陽(yáng)城區(qū),8.8%(13/148)、14.0%(60/429)在成都及其他地區(qū)(P0.05)。市級(jí)MSM中,有91.0%(243/267)的人近6個(gè)月有男性肛交,高于縣級(jí)的83.0%(470/566);近1周肛交次數(shù)≥2的,縣級(jí)為35.1%(162/462),高于市級(jí)的26.5%(61/230)(P0.05),不同性伴性行為保護(hù)性差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。市、縣級(jí)MSM艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染率分別為4.5%(12/267)、2.2%(12/534),梅毒感染率分別為7.1%(19/267)、2.6%(7/267)。結(jié)論市、縣級(jí)MSM具有不同的人口學(xué)特征和HIV/梅毒流行現(xiàn)狀及流行因素,應(yīng)有針對(duì)性地開(kāi)展防治工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the demographic characteristics, AIDS knowledge, related behaviors and epidemic status of MSM in Mianyang City, county level. Methods MSM in Mianyang City was used as an object. The method of snowball sampling was used to recruit the subjects under the condition of fixed place and informed consent to carry out self-filling anonymous behavior investigation and biological examination. There were 566 people at county level. The age of county MSM was younger, the education level was low, and the proportion of unmarried was higher. There was statistical difference between MSM and city-level MSM (all P0.05). The rate of knowledge about AIDS was 99.6% of 266R / 267in city level.
