【摘要】：目的了解濰坊市2006-2013年風(fēng)疹的流行病學(xué)特征,為預(yù)防控制風(fēng)疹提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對濰坊市2006-2013年風(fēng)疹疫情資料進行描述性流行病學(xué)分析。結(jié)果濰坊市2006-2013年累計報告風(fēng)疹發(fā)病875例,年均發(fā)病率為1.2266/10萬。2006-2013年發(fā)病率(/10萬)分別為0.21、0.24、0.18、7.46、0.35、0.80、0.10、0.53。2006-2013年年均發(fā)病率(/10萬)較高的有奎文區(qū)10.36,濰城區(qū)6.45,寒亭區(qū)4.49,坊子區(qū)1.84;男性發(fā)病514例,女性發(fā)病361例,男、女性發(fā)病率(/10萬)分別為1.45、1.05;年齡別發(fā)病率(/10萬)0~9歲為1.10,10~14歲為1.62,15~24歲為5.99,25~34歲為0.87,35歲以上為0.06。875例病人中,3-6月發(fā)病的占85.71%;學(xué)生占57.47%,工人占9.37%,商業(yè)服務(wù)人員占6.17%,散居兒童占5.71%,農(nóng)民占5.37%,托幼兒童占1.49%,其他占14.40%;有免疫史的占42.17%,無免疫史的占8.34%,免疫史不詳?shù)恼?9.48%。結(jié)論濰坊市15~24歲年齡段以及學(xué)生為風(fēng)疹的高發(fā)人群。在做好常規(guī)免疫的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)針對重點人群進行風(fēng)疹疫苗的查漏補種工作,加強疫情監(jiān)測,預(yù)防風(fēng)疹暴發(fā),減少先天性風(fēng)疹綜合征的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of rubella in Weifang from 2006 to 2013. Methods the data of rubella epidemic situation from 2006 to 2013 in Weifang city were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results the accumulative number of rubella was reported in Weifang city from 2006 to 2013. 875 cases were ill. The average annual incidence rate was 1.2266 / 100,000.2006-2013, the incidence rate was 0.21g / 100,000, respectively. The annual incidence rate was 0.21 / 0.24 0.18 / 0.46 / 0.35 / 0.80 / 0.80, respectively. The average annual incidence rate of 0.100.53 / 100,000 from 2006 to 2013 was 10.36 in Kuiwen District, 6.45 in Weicheng District, 4.49 in Hanting District and 1.84 in Fangzi District; 514 cases were male and 361 cases were female. The incidence rate of male and female was 1.45 鹵1.05 respectively. The age-specific incidence rate was 1.10 / 10 / 14 for 9 years old and 5.99 / 25 / 34 years for 5.99 / 25 / 34 years for 1.62 / 1 524 years old and 1.62 / 1 524 years old for 1.62 / 10 / 10 / 14 years old = 5.99 / 2534 years. Of the 0.06.875 cases over 35 years old, 85.71 cases occurred in March to June. Students accounted for 57.47, workers 9.37, business services 6.17, scattered children 5.71, peasants 5.377,nursery children 1.49%. Others account for 14.40; 42.17 had history of immunity and 8.34% had no history of immunity. The unknown history of immunization accounted for 49.48.Conclusion the age group of 150-24 years old and the students of Weifang City are high incidence of rubella, on the basis of routine immunization. In order to prevent the outbreak of rubella and reduce the occurrence of congenital rubella syndrome, it is necessary to carry out the leak checking and replanting of rubella vaccine for key population, strengthen the surveillance of the epidemic situation and prevent the outbreak of rubella.
