【摘要】：目的研究曲酸和兩性霉素B在體外聯(lián)合抵抗馬爾尼菲青霉中的相互作用。方法參照美國國家臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(NCCLS)提出的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(M27-A2方案),采用棋盤微量稀釋法對馬爾尼菲青霉10株臨床分離株和8株野生竹鼠分離株的酵母相進(jìn)行曲酸和兩性霉素B的體外聯(lián)合藥敏試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果曲酸和兩性霉素B聯(lián)合應(yīng)用,兩種藥物對抗17株馬爾尼菲青霉的聯(lián)合藥敏0.50FICI≤4.00,1株的聯(lián)合藥敏FICI≤0.50。單用時(shí)AMB抵抗馬爾尼菲青霉的MIC幾何均值為1.75μg/m L,兩性霉素B聯(lián)合曲酸后抵抗馬爾尼菲青霉的MIC幾何均值為0.82μg/m L,與單用比較有顯著降低(P0.01)。結(jié)論曲酸可以作為增敏劑提高兩性霉素B對馬爾尼菲青霉菌酵母相的敏感性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the interaction of kojic acid and amphotericin B against Penicillium marneffei in vitro. M27-A2). The in vitro drug sensitivity test of Saccharomycin and amphotericin B in yeast phase of 10 clinical isolates of Penicillium marneffei and 8 isolates of wild bamboo rat was studied by chessboard microdilution method.
