【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)2015年湖北省寄生蟲病防治技術(shù)競(jìng)賽成績(jī)的分析,了解湖北省寄生蟲病防治專業(yè)人員的業(yè)務(wù)能力。方法 2015年5月,組織全省17個(gè)市(州)68名寄生蟲病防治專業(yè)人員參加理論知識(shí)和技能操作兩個(gè)方面的競(jìng)賽,收集整理各項(xiàng)成績(jī)數(shù)據(jù),導(dǎo)入SPSS18.0軟件,對(duì)得分情況進(jìn)行描述性分析,并采用t檢驗(yàn)和方差分析做分組比較。結(jié)果 68名參賽選手理論知識(shí)平均成績(jī)?yōu)?7.6分,及格率為76.5%;血片制作平均成績(jī)?yōu)?.3分,及格率為98.5%;瘧原蟲檢測(cè)平均成績(jī)?yōu)?4.2分,及格率為32.4%;加藤片制作平均成績(jī)?yōu)?.6分,及格率為98.5%;蠕蟲卵檢測(cè)平均成績(jī)?yōu)?2.6分,及格率為27.9%。女選手的理論知識(shí)成績(jī)(84.5±17.3)和血片制作成績(jī)(9.4±0.4)均高于男選手(70.7±21.1和9.1±0.9)(P0.05);縣(市、區(qū))級(jí)選手的瘧原蟲檢測(cè)(16.3±8.0)和蠕蟲卵檢測(cè)成績(jī)(25.8±12.0)均優(yōu)于市(州)級(jí)選手(12.5±6.5和20.0±10.8)(P0.05);有血防任務(wù)地區(qū)的選手理論知識(shí)成績(jī)(84.4±18.4)和蠕蟲卵檢測(cè)成績(jī)(25.4±11.0)均高于無(wú)血防任務(wù)地區(qū)的選手(61.1±14.7和16.0±10.8)(P0.05);不同年齡和職稱的選手,各項(xiàng)成績(jī)間的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論湖北省2015年寄生蟲病防治技術(shù)競(jìng)賽中參賽選手的整體成績(jī)良好,但存在地區(qū)間檢測(cè)技術(shù)能力不均衡的問題,鏡檢閱片能力也有待提高。
[Abstract]:Objective through the analysis of Hubei Province in 2015, parasitic disease prevention and control technology competition results, understand the prevention and control of parasitic diseases in Hubei province professional business ability. In May 2015, 17 of the province city (state) 68 parasitic diseases in professional theoretical knowledge and skills of the two aspects of the competition, to collect performance data. Import SPSS18.0 software, makes a descriptive analysis of the scores, and using t test and analysis of variance for the groups. Results 68 contestants theoretical knowledge of the average score is 77.6, the passing rate was 76.5%; the blood film the average score is 9.3, the passing rate is 98.5%; the parasite detection the average score is 14.2, the pass rate 32.4%; Kato made the average score is 8.6, the passing rate was 98.5%; detection of worm eggs, the average score is 22.6, the pass rate for the 27.9%. women's theoretical knowledge score (84.5 + 17.3) and The blood film score (9.4 + 0.4) were higher than that of male athletes (70.7 + 21.1 and 9.1 + 0.9) (P0.05); county (city, district) for detecting plasmodium class players (16.3 + 8) and worm eggs test (25.8 + 12) were better than the city (state) level players (12.5 + 6.5 and 20 + 10.8) (P0.05); a player theoretical knowledge score schistosomiasis mission area (84.4 + 18.4) and worm eggs test (25.4 + 11) were higher than those in the non schistosomiasis mission area players (61.1 + 14.7 and 16 + 10.8) (P0.05); different age and professional players, no statistical significance the difference between the results (P0.05). Conclusion good overall performance in 2015 in Hubei province parasitic disease prevention and control technology contest contestants, but there are technical ability to detect the problem of imbalance between regions, mirror film review capacity also needs to be improved.
