分級預(yù)警運行模式應(yīng)用于重大傳染病疫情的效果分析

Objective To investigate the application and effect of the grading forewarning system used in epidemic situations.Method The grading forewarning system was used to respond to the three big epidemic situations happened during 2001~2003,where there were 209 cases of cholera,980 cases of dengue fever and 261 cases of SARS.Results Different models of the grading forewarning system were used for different communicable diseases.The grade II model was used for cholera,and all cases were cured(100%).The grade III model was used for dengue fever,and 943 cases were cured(96.2%);36 cases were improved(3.7%) and 1 case died(0.1%).The grade I model was used for SARS: 159 cases were cured(60.9%);70 cases were improved(26.8%);12 cases died(4.7%);and 12 cases were transferred to other hospitals (4.6%).Conclusion The grading forewarning system can deal with epidemics quickly and efficiently.The medical equipments and human resources can be used adequately.The epidemic can be controlled maximally.And the damage to the hospital and the staff can also be reduced.
