戰(zhàn)爭經(jīng)歷的真實(shí)再現(xiàn) ——從人稱視角分析“如何講好真實(shí)的戰(zhàn)爭故事”和“士兵歸鄉(xiāng)”

20世紀(jì)前半葉在世界范圍內(nèi)發(fā)生的一系列戰(zhàn)爭以及后來的越南戰(zhàn)爭,對(duì)美國人的生活和美國的文學(xué)創(chuàng)作產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。戰(zhàn)爭故事作為現(xiàn)實(shí)主義小說的組成部分繼而成為美國文學(xué)一股重要的力量。戰(zhàn)爭小說總是注重反映戰(zhàn)爭這一全新經(jīng)歷給人帶來的震驚,總是描寫社會(huì)角色錯(cuò)位和個(gè)人身份危機(jī),總是描寫鮮血和屠殺給人造成的震撼。美國當(dāng)代著名后現(xiàn)代派小說家之一蒂姆·奧布賴恩決定把“他在越南稻田里遭遇的夢魘展現(xiàn)為虛構(gòu)的故事”,創(chuàng)作了一系列關(guān)于越南戰(zhàn)爭的小說,但他處理的話題都強(qiáng)調(diào)那些被迫參加一場不得人心的戰(zhàn)爭的人所面對(duì)的當(dāng)代困境。C. W.劉易斯認(rèn)為奧布賴恩的一些越戰(zhàn)故事“滑向了聰明的詭計(jì)”,因此與關(guān)于越戰(zhàn)的真實(shí)的回憶錄不可同日而語。小說作為現(xiàn)代文化景觀的載體能夠真實(shí)地全方位地反映各種人類經(jīng)驗(yàn)。為此,本論文試圖證明,奧布賴恩的“詭計(jì)”與直截了當(dāng)?shù)幕貞涗浵啾?能夠更加有效地傳達(dá)他的有關(guān)戰(zhàn)爭的情感和體驗(yàn),他的越戰(zhàn)小說同樣是對(duì)戰(zhàn)爭經(jīng)驗(yàn)的真實(shí)再現(xiàn)。論文選取奧布賴恩的短篇小說“如何講述真實(shí)的戰(zhàn)爭故事”,同海明威的短篇小說“士兵歸鄉(xiāng)”進(jìn)行敘述視角運(yùn)用的比較分析。海明威作為描寫戰(zhàn)爭的藝術(shù)大師,深受戰(zhàn)爭的影響,并因此形成他自己的獨(dú)特的寫作...
