【摘要】：托馬斯·哈代,英國19世紀(jì)后期的一位杰出的小說家和詩人,在中西方都廣為人知,影響深遠(yuǎn)。作為一位跨世紀(jì)的文學(xué)巨匠,他不朽的藝術(shù)感染力一直吸引著眾多的研究者,可以說哈代已成為文學(xué)界重要的研究對象。他于1874年發(fā)表的長篇小說《遠(yuǎn)離塵囂》以卓越的鄉(xiāng)村自然風(fēng)光描寫和鮮明生動的人物形象獲得了評論界和讀者的一致好評,奠定了哈代小說家的地位。 近年來,隨著生態(tài)文學(xué)的興起,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者開始運(yùn)用生態(tài)主義對哈代的作品進(jìn)行解讀。在根據(jù)前期學(xué)者對該小說文本做出的相關(guān)生態(tài)主義解析及各方學(xué)者對哈代生態(tài)倫理思想分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文嘗試探索哈代在《遠(yuǎn)離塵囂》這部作品中體現(xiàn)的復(fù)雜的生態(tài)倫理思想,即通過分析小說中出現(xiàn)的自然景象,動物場景及人物性格命運(yùn)的描寫分析哈代的生態(tài)倫理思想的復(fù)雜性,指出哈代在描寫自然景物的過程中,有意或無意地體現(xiàn)了他重視自然的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,主張開拓自然,利用自然的思想；而在對待動物的態(tài)度上,體現(xiàn)了他將動物的價(jià)值大小與其對人類提供的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值的多少相對應(yīng),忽視了動物感受,將人作為利益的中心,具有明顯的人類中心主義觀點(diǎn)。但同時(shí)哈代在小說中刻畫的自然、動物與人物又體現(xiàn)了他熱愛自然,關(guān)愛動物的思想感情。此外,他批判現(xiàn)代資本主義文明,提倡人類與自然和諧共生,這又充分體現(xiàn)了他非人類中心主義的一面。因此哈代的生態(tài)倫理思想不僅包含人類中心主義也同時(shí)包含非人類中心主義,兩者是交疊與共存的關(guān)系。 雖然哈代的生態(tài)倫理觀依舊帶有人類中心主義特征,但他主張人與自然和諧共處,關(guān)愛動物的生態(tài)倫理思想具有超出其所處時(shí)代的局限性,他的生態(tài)倫理思想有助于當(dāng)今時(shí)代下人類對入與自然之間的關(guān)系做出重新審視。
[Abstract]:Thomas Hardy, an outstanding novelist and poet in the late 19th century, is well known and influential in both China and the West.As a cross-century literary mastermind, his immortal artistic appeal has attracted many researchers, so Hardy has become an important research object in the literary world.His novel, far from the crowd, published in 1874, was highly praised by critics and readers for its remarkable description of rural natural scenery and vivid characters, and established the position of Hardy novelist.In recent years, with the rise of ecological literature, scholars at home and abroad began to use ecologism to interpret Hardy's works.On the basis of the previous scholars' analysis of the text of the novel and the scholars' analysis of Hardy's ecological ethics,This paper attempts to explore Hardy's complex ecological ethics thought embodied in "far from the crowd", that is, through the analysis of the natural scene in the novel.Analysis on the complexity of Hardy's Ecological Ethical thought, it is pointed out that Hardy consciously or unintentionally embodies the economic value of nature and advocates the development of nature in the process of describing natural scenery.Using the idea of nature; and in his attitude to animals, he corresponds the value of animals to the amount of economic value he provides to mankind, neglecting animal feelings, and taking man as the center of interest,Has a clear anthropocentrism view.But at the same time, Hardy portrays the nature, animals and characters in the novel reflects his love of nature, caring for animals.In addition, he criticized modern capitalist civilization and advocated harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature, which fully reflected his non-anthropocentrism.Therefore, Hardy's ecological ethics includes not only anthropocentrism but also non-anthropocentrism.Although Hardy's ecological ethics still has the characteristics of anthropocentrism, he advocates the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, and his ecological ethics of caring for animals has limitations beyond his time.His thought of ecological ethics is helpful to reexamine the relationship between nature and human being in the present age.
