后殖民女性主義視域下《紫色》研究

【摘要】:本世紀(jì)七十年代美國(guó)黑人女性作家作為一支強(qiáng)大的生力軍活躍在美國(guó)的文壇。愛麗絲·沃克無疑是其中最有影響力的作家之一。從某種意義上來講,她的作品就是一幅幅黑人斗爭(zhēng)的畫卷,國(guó)內(nèi)外女性主義研究者的研究熱情也日益高漲。愛麗斯·沃克對(duì)南方婦女共同生活的經(jīng)歷與體驗(yàn)的深切理解與她的文學(xué)創(chuàng)作是息息相關(guān)的.她將性別政治同種族斗爭(zhēng)及階級(jí)斗爭(zhēng)聯(lián)系起來,,表明了一種異于白人女權(quán)主義者的后殖民女性主義立場(chǎng)。 沃克的《紫色》在1982年一出版,便引起了文學(xué)評(píng)論界的廣泛關(guān)注。1983年它榮獲美國(guó)文學(xué)界的兩項(xiàng)大獎(jiǎng)普利策獎(jiǎng)和美國(guó)國(guó)家圖書獎(jiǎng),是迄今為止愛麗斯·沃克最杰出的作品,這部作品使沃克成為第一位獲得普利策文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)的黑人女作家。許多學(xué)者更是將其作為當(dāng)代美國(guó)文學(xué)、族裔研究、女性研究等學(xué)科的經(jīng)典必讀教材。關(guān)于這本書的研究有從男權(quán)話語,婦女主義,生態(tài)女性主義以及主題方面進(jìn)行研究的,并且這些研究都極富見地。 沃克的這部作品不同于傳統(tǒng)黑人男性作家的作品,在內(nèi)容上有很大的突破,傳統(tǒng)的作品只把控訴的焦點(diǎn)放在美國(guó)社會(huì)對(duì)黑人的種族歧視與壓迫上,卻沒有把目光放在男權(quán)社會(huì)對(duì)黑人女性的壓迫小說深刻揭露了黑人男性以及白人對(duì)黑人女性的迫害與壓榨,從獨(dú)特的后殖民女性主義視角描寫了女性斗爭(zhēng),尤其是有色人種中婦女的斗爭(zhēng),在抨擊種族歧視的同時(shí)揭露性別歧視與階級(jí)壓迫。因此,本文試圖從后殖民女性主義視角解讀《紫色》,從“后殖民”和“女性”雙重角度探討和研究了文本中的黑人婦女在種族,性別,階級(jí)方面受到的壓迫并尋求解放的歷程。在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)掘文本中的新意,從而為解析該部作品打開新的視角。 本文一共分為六個(gè)部分:緒論,四個(gè)章節(jié)和結(jié)論。第一部分的緒論著重的介紹了了愛麗斯沃克的人生經(jīng)歷和文學(xué)生涯,以及《紫色》的內(nèi)容。以及對(duì)該部作品的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究概況。 第一章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了后殖民女性主義理論的基本理論及其定義,發(fā)展的歷程和主要特征。第二部分也是論文的主要理論支撐。 第二章是論文的主體部分的開始在這里主要分析了反種族主義在《紫色》中的體現(xiàn)。這一章主要從種族和文化他者以及美國(guó)主流社會(huì)的種族歧視和壓迫兩方面進(jìn)行討論。即種族歧視的根源,最早的美國(guó)黑人,黑人文化在美國(guó)主流文化的他這地位,黑人女性在白人社會(huì)所遭受到的種族歧視,文中以西麗等為例詳細(xì)闡述。 第三章主要分析了反性別主義在《紫色》中的體現(xiàn)。這一章主要從父權(quán)制下婦女的處境及非洲女性的遭遇兩方面進(jìn)行討論。第一節(jié)黑人女性在父權(quán)制社會(huì)中所遭受到的性別歧視,第一是默默承受的女性,第二類是從默默承受到奮起反抗的女性,第三類是富有反抗精神的新女性。第二節(jié)當(dāng)中詳細(xì)闡述了非洲女性的悲慘遭遇。 第四章主要分析了反殖民主義在《紫色》中的體現(xiàn)。這一章主要從白人社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì),政治,和心理方面的統(tǒng)治壓力以及古老非洲大陸所遭受的掠奪與壓迫。 第六部分是本文的最后一部分是對(duì)本文的總結(jié),論文在對(duì)全文的歸納總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上重申了后殖民女性主義理論,通過對(duì)小說的分析,表現(xiàn)出愛麗絲·沃克對(duì)美國(guó)黑人女性的深切理解與同情。綜合上述分析,指出研究愛麗斯沃克這部小說的意義及結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In a sense , American black women writers are one of the most influential writers in the United States . Alice Walker is one of the most influential writers in the United States . In a sense , her work is a picture of a black struggle , and the research enthusiasm of feminist researchers at home and abroad is increasing .
Walker ' s Purple Purple , published in 1982 , has attracted extensive attention from literary critics . In 1983 , it won two major American literary awards , Pulitzer Prize , and the American National Library Award , which made Walker the first black female writer to win the Pulitzer Prize for literature . Many scholars have studied them as the first black female writer in contemporary American literature , ethnic research , women research , etc . The study of this book has been studied from the aspects of male discourse , women ' s doctrine , ecological feminism , and themes , and these studies are very rich .
From the perspective of post - colonial feminism , this article tries to explore the struggle of black men and whites against the black women . It also reveals the struggle of black men and whites against the black women , and also reveals the history of the oppression of black women in the racial , gender and class from the perspective of postcolonial feminism .
This paper is divided into six parts : introduction , four chapters and conclusions . The introduction of the first part focuses on Alice Walker ' s life experience and literary career , as well as the content of Purple Purple .
Chapter One briefly introduces the basic theory of post - colonial feminism theory and its definition , the course of development and its main characteristics , and the second part is the main theoretical support of the thesis .
The second chapter is the beginning of the main part of the thesis , which mainly analyzes the reflection of the anti - racism in the Purple Soil . The chapter mainly discusses the racial and cultural aspects of racial discrimination and oppression in the mainstream society . The first is the origin of racial discrimination , the earliest American black , the black culture in the mainstream culture of the United States , the black women in the white society suffered racial discrimination , the text is described in detail by the example .
The third chapter mainly analyzes the reflection of anti - gender in the aspects of patriarchal society . This chapter mainly discusses the situation of women in patriarchy and the experience of women in Africa . The first part is the female who suffered from the patriarchy society , the first is the female , the second is the female who fought against the struggle , the third class is the new woman with the resistance spirit . The second section details the tragic experience of African women .
The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the reflection of the anti - colonialism in the Purple Soil . This chapter is mainly from the white society ' s economic , political and psychological rule pressures , as well as the looting and oppression suffered by the ancient African continent .
The sixth part is the final part of this article is the summary of this article , on the basis of the summary of the whole text , this paper reiterates the post - colonial feminism theory , through the analysis of the novel , shows Alice Walker ' s deep understanding and sympathy for American black women .
