【摘要】：1895年,甲午中日戰(zhàn)爭的恥辱讓中國人開始睜眼看世界,中國文學(xué)開始了從古代文學(xué)向現(xiàn)代文學(xué)的歷史轉(zhuǎn)型。1919—1949年,美國小說以年輕、現(xiàn)代的姿態(tài)出現(xiàn)在中國讀者的視野中。而中國讀者的審美期待直接影響他們對美國小說的選擇、接受,放棄和誤讀。本文擬從接受美學(xué)的角度來探討1919—1949年間美國小說在中國的接受情況。第二章概括展示從1895年到1949年美國小說在中國的譯介情況。從時間來看,分為三個時期:濫觴期(1895—五四前后)、沉默期(1917-1927)、繁榮期(1927-1949)。美國小說在中國的譯介最多的是1927到1949年間。第三章概括中國讀者對于美國小說的選擇與放棄的類型以及原因。梳理了美國小說從誕生至1949年間,最具代表性的作家及作品。概括了被中國讀者接受的類型:政治小說、浪漫主義小說、現(xiàn)實主義小說、現(xiàn)代主義小說。本文從接受美學(xué)的角度,分析了讀者選擇與接受這些類型的原因。對于未被中國讀者選擇的作品,同樣從接受美學(xué)視角做了簡要分析。第四章,本章選取了最有代表性的作家作為案例,佐證中國讀者帶著自己的期待視野接受美國小說。這些作家包括:施蟄存、魯迅、郭沫若、沙汀。從接受美學(xué)的前理解出發(fā),闡釋了每一位作家接受美國小說的原因,并從他們的創(chuàng)作來分析他們對于美國小說的接受。第五章,本章在前文基礎(chǔ)上,以接受理論為依據(jù),總結(jié)了中國讀者選擇和誤讀美國小說的原因。中國讀者選擇美國小說是受社會現(xiàn)實的驅(qū)使以及中美民族的共通性。而讀者對于小說的誤讀,主要是因為讀者對于美國小說的簡單化理解、中美兩國交往中美國形象以及中國讀者對于西方宗教的理解偏差。本文試圖從讀者的期待視野,來闡釋中國對于美國小說的接受情況,根據(jù)新的研究方法和思路開拓解放前中美文學(xué)交流的新領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:In 1895, the humiliation of the Sino-Japanese War in 1895 made the Chinese people open their eyes to the world. Chinese literature began the historical transition from ancient literature to modern literature. In 1919-1949, American novels appeared in the eyes of Chinese readers with a young and modern posture.The aesthetic expectations of Chinese readers directly affect their choice, acceptance, abandonment and misreading of American novels.This paper discusses the reception of American novels in China during 1919-1949 from the perspective of reception aesthetics.The second chapter summarizes the translation of American novels in China from 1895 to 1949.From the point of view of time, it can be divided into three periods: the origin period was around the 1895-May fourth Movement, the silent period was 1917-1927 and the prosperous period was 1927-1949.Most American novels were translated from 1927 to 1949 in China.Chapter three summarizes the types and reasons of Chinese readers' choice and abandonment of American novels.Combing American novels from birth to 1949, the most representative writers and works.This paper summarizes the types accepted by Chinese readers: political novels, romantic novels, realistic novels and modernist novels.From the perspective of reception aesthetics, this paper analyzes the reasons for readers to choose and accept these types.The author also makes a brief analysis from the perspective of reception aesthetics for works that have not been selected by Chinese readers.The fourth chapter selects the most representative writers as a case to prove that Chinese readers accept American novels with their own vision of expectation.These writers include: Shi Zhecun, Lu Xun, Guo Moruo, Guo Moruo.Starting from the pre-understanding of reception aesthetics, this paper explains the reasons why every writer accepts American novels, and analyzes their acceptance of American novels from their works.The fifth chapter summarizes the reasons why Chinese readers choose and misread American novels on the basis of reception theory.The choice of American novels by Chinese readers is driven by social reality and the commonality of Chinese and American people.The readers' misreading of the novel is mainly due to their simplified understanding of the American novel, the image of the United States in the exchanges between China and the United States and the deviation of the Chinese readers' understanding of Western religion.This paper attempts to explain China's acceptance of American novels from the perspective of readers' expectations and to explore new areas of Sino-American literary exchange before liberation according to new research methods and ideas.
