《職來職往》電視節(jié)目中求職面試成功者與失敗者的語用差異的對比研究

【摘要】:近年來,求職者們面臨著日益激烈的求職競聘形勢,這一問題受到社會極大關(guān)注,求職類電視綜藝節(jié)目也逐漸隨之興起。不少社會學(xué)家和語言學(xué)者開始分析求職面試案例,一些書籍和文章也在教人們怎樣求職,求職面試話語顯然值得深入研究。盡管許多專著書籍、期刊論文分析了面試影響參數(shù),提及到面試注意事項,討論了面試應(yīng)對策略,比如面試準備、服飾禮儀、精神狀態(tài)、應(yīng)答話語等,但大多都是泛泛之談,其中一些研究人員也從語用學(xué)視角對面試語言做了研究,但對求職面試成功者與失敗者的語用差異的對比研究卻寥寥無幾。眾所周知,比較研究法是人們辨別事物相同點和差異性的常用思維方法,,通過對比研究,人們可以更清楚的認識事物本質(zhì)、發(fā)現(xiàn)事物規(guī)律。 本文則以電視求職節(jié)目《職來職往》為例,選用其中典型的求職面試案例作為語料,采取例證闡釋和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析的研究方法,借助腳本理論,從合作原則和禮貌原則、會話分析、言語行為等理論角度對求職面試成功者和失敗者的話語進行對比研究,試圖找出求職面試成功者和失敗者的語用差異,說明可以綜合運用以上這些理論來解釋求職面試話語。研究結(jié)果表明,在整個求職面試過程中,相對求職面試失敗者而言,成功的應(yīng)聘者能主動爭取話輪、遵守合作原則、講求用語禮貌、懂得選用恰當(dāng)?shù)难哉Z行為等交際策略,以達到最佳的語用效果,獲得求職成功。除了比較探討求職面試的語用策略,本文還給出一些求職面試啟示,以期幫助求職者完善自己的面試表現(xiàn),從而取得滿意的求職結(jié)果;同時對從事求職面試話語研究的工作者有所借鑒,也對語用學(xué)理論的應(yīng)用有所啟示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, job seekers are facing increasingly fierce competition for employment, which has attracted great attention of the society. Many sociologists and linguists begin to analyze the case of job interview, and some books and articles are teaching people how to apply for a job. Although many monographs and journal papers have analyzed the influence parameters of interviews, mentioned the matters needing attention, and discussed interview coping strategies, such as interview preparation, dress etiquette, mental state, response words, etc., most of them are general. Some researchers have also studied the interview language from the perspective of pragmatics, but there are few comparative studies on the pragmatic differences between successful and losers in job interviews. As we all know, comparative research is a common way of thinking for people to distinguish the similarities and differences of things. Through comparative study, people can understand the essence of things more clearly and find out the rules of things. This paper takes the TV job search program "coming to work" as an example, selects the typical job interview case as the corpus, adopts the research method of illustrative explanation and data statistic analysis, and with the help of script theory, from the cooperation principle and the politeness principle. From the perspective of conversational analysis and speech act, this paper makes a comparative study on the utterances of successful and unsuccessful job interviews, and tries to find out the pragmatic differences between successful and unsuccessful job interviews. The above theories can be used to explain the job interview discourse. The results show that in the whole process of job interview, successful candidates can take the initiative to fight for the turn of words, abide by the principle of cooperation, pay attention to politeness, and know how to choose appropriate speech acts. In order to achieve the best pragmatic effect, to obtain job search success. In addition to comparing the pragmatic strategies of job interview, this paper gives some enlightenments of job interview in order to help job seekers improve their interview performance so as to obtain satisfactory job search results. At the same time, it can be used for reference to the researchers who study the discourse of job interview, and also enlighten the application of pragmatics theory.
