【摘要】：以鸚哥嶺自然保護(hù)區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,采用數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、層次分析法、主成分分析法、克里格插值法以及SWOT分析,對(duì)鸚哥嶺自然保護(hù)區(qū)的森林資源進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)狀分析,并基于現(xiàn)狀分析提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的措施。結(jié)論如下：(1)鸚哥嶺自然保護(hù)區(qū)有林地50454.07hm2,包括有林地48545.72hm2,未成林造林地305.85hm2,宜林荒山荒地1602.45hm2,主要優(yōu)勢(shì)樹種為闊葉混、橡膠、相思類、桉樹類和加勒比松,森林資源豐富,森林覆蓋率高達(dá)96.03%,商品林主要分布在東北部和西南部。(2)鸚哥嶺自然保護(hù)區(qū)森林資源的生態(tài)脆弱性總體較低,商品林生態(tài)脆弱性較高,生態(tài)脆弱性呈現(xiàn)東北部、西南部較低,東部、中部和北部較高的分布特征。生態(tài)脆弱性的空間分布中存在若干異質(zhì)點(diǎn),主要由不同景觀類型自身特點(diǎn)和受人為干擾程度導(dǎo)致。商品林的生態(tài)脆弱性的主要原因是由于空間破碎化和生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)單一。(3)鸚哥嶺自然保護(hù)區(qū)森林資源的發(fā)展應(yīng)以區(qū)位和資源優(yōu)勢(shì)為基礎(chǔ),在相關(guān)政策的引導(dǎo)下,著手解決資金短缺、人才匱乏、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后以及限制保護(hù)區(qū)周圍人民生活生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)干擾等問(wèn)題,以提高森林資源經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平。(4)鸚哥嶺自然保護(hù)區(qū)森林資源特色明顯,保存著我國(guó)面積最大的連續(xù)分布的原始熱帶雨林,生物資源優(yōu)勢(shì)十分明顯,其中有不少是鸚哥嶺自然保護(hù)區(qū)獨(dú)有的動(dòng)植物。在政策支持和海南旅游業(yè)快速發(fā)展的大背景下,鸚哥嶺自然保護(hù)區(qū)依托得天獨(dú)厚的生物資源發(fā)展特色旅游優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,將極大推動(dòng)森林資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。(5)結(jié)合森林資源現(xiàn)狀、生態(tài)脆弱性以及SWOT分析,得出鸚哥嶺自然保護(hù)區(qū)森林資源存在的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)森林資源可持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)的具體措施。措施充分考慮了森林資源現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題和資源本身存在的發(fā)展?jié)摿安焕蛩?提出森林資源分類經(jīng)營(yíng)、發(fā)展方向、適宜的林種空間分布格局以及分區(qū)管制措施等,能為鸚哥嶺自然保護(hù)區(qū)森林資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)合理的參考,可操作性強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:The present situation of forest resources in Yinggooling Nature Reserve was analyzed by statistical analysis, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), principal component analysis (PCA), Kriging interpolation and SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis of the present situation, the measures to realize sustainable development are put forward. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the forest land of Yinggoling Nature Reserve is 50454.07hm2including the forestland 48545.72hm2, the unforested woodland 305.85hm2, the barren mountain wasteland 1602.45hm2.The main dominant species are broad-leaved mixed, rubber, acacia. The forest resources of Eucalyptus and Pinus Caribbean are abundant, and the forest coverage is as high as 96.03. The commercial forest is mainly distributed in the northeast and southwest. (2) the ecological vulnerability of the forest resources in Yinggoling Nature Reserve is relatively low. The ecological vulnerability of commercial forest is higher than that of commercial forest. The ecological vulnerability of commercial forest is higher than that of northeast, southwest, east, middle and north. There are some heterogeneity points in the spatial distribution of ecological vulnerability, which are mainly caused by the characteristics of different landscape types and the degree of human disturbance. The main reasons for the ecological fragility of commercial forest are spatial fragmentation and single ecological structure. (3) the development of forest resources in Yinggooling Nature Reserve should be based on location and resource advantage, under the guidance of relevant policies. To address the problems of shortage of funds, lack of talents, lag in infrastructure construction, and restrictions on the interference of people's daily production activities around the protected areas, In order to improve the management level of forest resources. (4) the characteristics of forest resources in Yinggoling Nature Reserve are obvious, and the largest continuous distribution of the original tropical rain forest is preserved in our country, and the superiority of biological resources is very obvious. Many of them are unique animals and plants in the Yinggooling Nature Reserve. Under the background of policy support and the rapid development of Hainan tourism, the Yinggoling Nature Reserve has obvious advantages in developing characteristic tourism by relying on its unique biological resources. It will greatly promote the sustainable development of forest resources. (5) according to the present situation of forest resources, ecological vulnerability and SWOT analysis, the problems of forest resources in Yinggoling Nature Reserve are obtained. The concrete measures to realize the sustainable management of forest resources are put forward. The measures take into account the problems existing in the present situation of forest resources, the development potential and unfavorable factors of the resources themselves, and put forward the classification and management of forest resources, the direction of development, the suitable spatial distribution pattern of forest species and the measures of regional control, etc. It can provide scientific and reasonable reference for the sustainable development of forest resources in Yinggoling Nature Reserve.
