【摘要】：城鄉(xiāng)一體化下的新農(nóng)村建設(shè)一直是我國現(xiàn)代建設(shè)的重要?dú)v史任務(wù),是讓廣大農(nóng)民共享現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的成果的重大舉措。經(jīng)過多年的努力,新農(nóng)村建設(shè)已經(jīng)初步取得了階段性的勝利。但隨著城市化的迅猛發(fā)展,城市邊緣區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村也受到了嚴(yán)重的沖擊,出現(xiàn)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)失衡、環(huán)境惡化、鄉(xiāng)土文化喪失等問題。長春市地處嚴(yán)寒地區(qū),是我國的重要糧食基地,冬季寒冷干燥,氣候環(huán)境惡劣,鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)面臨著更高的挑戰(zhàn),一系列問題亟待解決。傳統(tǒng)的鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃本身存在的弊端逐漸顯露,難以給予鄉(xiāng)村景觀建設(shè)系統(tǒng)全面的指導(dǎo)。目前鄉(xiāng)村景觀設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)受到了各界的關(guān)注,但嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村景觀在理論和實(shí)踐方面都仍十分缺乏,因此也成為各界學(xué)者及相關(guān)工作人員關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。在此背景下,本文在通過大量查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料和學(xué)習(xí)國內(nèi)優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)成果的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行多次實(shí)地調(diào)查訪談。以發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,提出問題,研究問題并解決問題的研究模式,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,對課題進(jìn)行研究。全文共五個部分,第一部分為緒論,介紹了城市邊緣區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村景觀的研究背景、研究目的意義及國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論發(fā)展。第二部分對鄉(xiāng)村景觀和設(shè)計(jì)策略相關(guān)概念及應(yīng)用理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述,提出城市邊緣區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村景觀設(shè)計(jì)策略的必要性。第三部分通過對長春市邊緣區(qū)2個典型案例的分析,闡述長春市邊緣區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村景觀的資源特征和出現(xiàn)的問題,從宏觀和微觀兩方面分析長春市鄉(xiāng)村景觀衰敗的原因。第四部分通過從長春市邊緣區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村景觀生產(chǎn)性、生活性、生態(tài)性、文化性和發(fā)展性五個方面,針對不同的景觀內(nèi)容提出相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法與策略。最后第五部分從愛國村具體實(shí)例出發(fā),解釋說明出適合長春邊緣區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村景觀設(shè)計(jì)的一般程序和策略方法在實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用,為長春市邊緣區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村景觀設(shè)計(jì)提供一份依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The construction of new countryside under the integration of urban and rural areas has always been an important historical task of the modern construction of our country. It is also an important measure for farmers to share the fruits of modernization construction. After years of efforts, the new rural construction has made a preliminary stage of victory. However, with the rapid development of urbanization, the rural areas in the urban fringe have also been seriously impacted, such as ecosystem imbalance, environmental degradation, loss of local culture and so on. Changchun is an important grain base in China, which is located in the cold area. The winter is cold and dry, the climate environment is bad, the rural construction is facing higher challenges, a series of problems need to be solved. The disadvantages of the traditional rural planning itself are gradually revealed, and it is difficult to give comprehensive guidance to the rural landscape construction system. At present, rural landscape design and construction has been concerned by all walks of life, but the theory and practice of rural landscape in cold areas are still very lack, so it has become the focus of attention of scholars and related staff. In this context, this paper through a large number of literature and learning domestic excellent academic achievements based on a number of field interviews. In order to find the problem, put forward the problem, study the problem and solve the problem of the research model, theory combined with practice, the subject is studied. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background of the rural landscape research in the urban fringe area, the significance of the research purpose and the development of relevant theories at home and abroad. In the second part, the related concepts and applied theories of rural landscape and design strategy are expounded in detail, and the necessity of rural landscape design strategy in urban fringe area is put forward. In the third part, through the analysis of two typical cases of Changchun marginal area, this paper expounds the resource characteristics and problems of rural landscape in Changchun marginal area, and analyzes the reasons for the decline of rural landscape in Changchun from macro and micro aspects. The fourth part puts forward the corresponding design methods and strategies for different landscape content from five aspects of rural landscape production, bioactivity, ecology, culture and development in the edge area of Changchun. Finally the fifth part from the Patriotic Village concrete example explains the suitable Changchun edge area countryside landscape design general procedure and the strategy method application in the practice provides a basis for the Changchun fringe rural landscape design.
