新聞發(fā)布會(huì)中記者提問環(huán)節(jié)一直備受關(guān)注,常有記者提出一些敏感且具有對(duì)抗性的問題。面對(duì)此類問題,發(fā)言人必須采納適當(dāng)?shù)牟呗?在避免沖突的情況下維護(hù)國(guó)家形象和利益。本研究參照Bull和Mayer(1993)以及Jiang(2006)對(duì)發(fā)言人回應(yīng)策略的分類,以語(yǔ)言順應(yīng)論為理論框架,采取定量研究和定性研究相結(jié)合的方法,探討了發(fā)言人在面對(duì)不同對(duì)抗程度的提問時(shí),所采取的回應(yīng)策略。數(shù)據(jù)分析表明:(1)從回應(yīng)策略的使用頻率來(lái)看,直接回應(yīng)使用最多,閃避次之,拒絕回應(yīng)最少。與以往研究相比,直接回應(yīng)的使用頻率呈現(xiàn)明顯的上升趨勢(shì)。(2)從策略使用的豐富度來(lái)看,閃避策略類型較為豐富,直接策略和拒絕策略類型使用較為單一,其中拒絕策略主要表現(xiàn)為間接拒絕策略。(3)從提問的對(duì)抗程度來(lái)看,政府官員的閃避和拒絕回應(yīng)策略存在明顯的差異。隨著對(duì)抗性程度的提升,拒絕回答策略的使用明顯增多。研究表明,在新聞發(fā)布會(huì)這種公開的政治語(yǔ)境下,面對(duì)記者的對(duì)抗性提問,發(fā)言人傾向于直面回?fù)?維護(hù)國(guó)家形象和利益,消除外界對(duì)國(guó)家不利或不實(shí)的言論影響。此外,參照提問的對(duì)抗性,發(fā)言人靈活選擇不同的回應(yīng)策略。從順應(yīng)論角度來(lái)看,新聞發(fā)布會(huì)中發(fā)言人和記者以及他...
