道歉語是人際交往語言中最常用的語言之一，是非常重要的社交行為，它和問候、請求、致謝或恭維等一樣，與人們的日常生活密切相關(guān)。在過去的幾十年中，大量語言學家及語言研究者對道歉語進行了跨文化研究，對比研究，語用學研究以及道歉策略的研究和調(diào)查。其中國外的研究效果比較顯著，而國內(nèi)對道歉語的研究起步較晚，成果也并不豐碩，主要側(cè)重英漢對比研究及英語的研究，僅對漢語道歉語的研究寥寥無幾。而本文則從社會語言學的視角來探析道歉語在社會環(huán)境下的使用，采用觀察、訪談、問卷等定性研究的分析方法，更加真實的還原道歉語在生活中的原滋原味。本論文主要目的是考察性別、年齡、社會關(guān)系和社會地位等因素如何以及在何種程度上影響道歉語的使用；道歉語在社會語境的影響下是如何使用；并最終論證道歉語的使用與身份認同之間存在何種深層的聯(lián)系。本文第一章介紹了本論文的寫作目的，寫作意義以及文章的結(jié)構(gòu)情況，第二章是文獻綜述。介紹了該論文所需研究的相關(guān)理論知識及背景，其中包括道歉語的定義和分類；語言與社會語境以及身份認同的研究和道歉語在交際中所涉及的社會語言學理論。第三章主要論述本文的調(diào)查及研究方法，并對分析及收集的數(shù)據(jù)進行展示。第四章討論漢...
