電話口譯的職業(yè)化發(fā)展

【摘要】:本文重點(diǎn)關(guān)注電話口譯的職業(yè)化。隨著電話口譯研究的逐步興起興旺,電話口譯的各個方面引起了越來越多的學(xué)者的關(guān)注。然而,在電話口譯的職業(yè)化方面卻少有人問津。因此,本文將著重探索電話口譯的職業(yè)化道路的發(fā)展。 作為協(xié)助不同語言持有者之間交流的橋梁,口譯是是人類歷史上進(jìn)行跨文化交往時不可或缺的古老技能,口譯不僅歷史悠久,而且在跨文化交際中不可或缺。隨著科技及經(jīng)濟(jì)的日新月異的發(fā)展,根據(jù)具體行業(yè)的劃分,口譯衍生出各種不同的類別。隨著通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展,電話口譯逐漸演變成了一項(xiàng)專門的職業(yè),并且形成了其特定的職業(yè)特點(diǎn)和要求。 隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,人們對口譯的要求正在上升到新的專業(yè)高度,因此要成為一名合格的口譯員,口譯從業(yè)者須接受大量正規(guī)而嚴(yán)格的訓(xùn)練。因此,本文將從電話口譯的職業(yè)化角度出發(fā),論證了電話口譯的職業(yè)化歷史、規(guī)范、職業(yè)技能。本文介紹了世界上最成熟的電話口譯公司LLS的電話口譯業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行形勢及其電話口譯員的訓(xùn)練方式。希望能為國內(nèi)方興未艾的電話口譯市場提供可參考的模式。 本文摘要部分簡要介紹了本文的寫作思路和框架。主體共分為四章。 第一章初步介紹了電話口譯的定義,并簡要介紹了電話口譯的發(fā)展歷史,以及大眾對電話口譯職業(yè)的誤解。 第二章著重介紹了電話口譯作為一種職業(yè)的各個相關(guān)方面,,其中主要包括電話口譯普遍的職業(yè)道德,電話口譯的培訓(xùn)及認(rèn)證,電話口譯質(zhì)量的評估,以及電話口譯在中國的市場前景等,這幾個要素都是相互影響,缺一不可的。 第三章通過介紹國內(nèi)外電話口譯成功實(shí)例說明電話口譯在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況。通過介紹比較電話口譯公司TheLanguage Line Service及Accesspath業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況,展示了電話口譯職業(yè)準(zhǔn)則、基本流程等方面內(nèi)容。 第四章為結(jié)論部分,主要總結(jié)口譯在職業(yè)化發(fā)展上特點(diǎn)及前景。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the professionalization of telephone interpretation. With the gradual rise of telephone interpretation research, more and more scholars pay attention to all aspects of telephone interpretation. However, few people pay attention to the professionalization of telephone interpretation. Therefore, this paper will focus on the development of the professionalization of telephone interpretation. As a bridge to facilitate the communication between speakers of different languages, interpretation is an indispensable ancient skill in cross-cultural communication in human history. Interpretation has a long history, but also indispensable in cross-cultural communication. With the rapid development of science and technology and economy, interpretation gives rise to different categories according to the division of specific industries. With the development of communication technology, telephone interpretation has gradually evolved into a special profession, and formed its specific professional characteristics and requirements. With the rapid development of social economy, people's requirements for interpretation are rising to a new professional level, so to become a qualified interpreter, interpreters have to receive a lot of formal and strict training. Therefore, from the point of view of the professionalization of telephone interpretation, this paper demonstrates the history, standardization and vocational skills of telephone interpretation. This paper introduces the operation situation of telephone interpretation service of LLS, the most mature telephone interpretation company in the world, and the training mode of telephone interpreter. It is hoped that it can provide a reference model for the burgeoning telephone interpretation market in China. The abstract part of this paper briefly introduces the writing ideas and framework of this paper. The main body is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the definition of telephone interpretation, and briefly introduces the development history of telephone interpretation, as well as the public misunderstanding of telephone interpretation profession. The second chapter focuses on all aspects of telephone interpretation as a profession, including the general professional ethics of telephone interpretation, the training and certification of telephone interpretation, the evaluation of the quality of telephone interpretation, and the market prospect of telephone interpretation in China. These elements affect each other and are indispensable. The third chapter introduces the successful examples of telephone interpretation at home and abroad to illustrate the development of telephone interpretation at home and abroad. This paper introduces and compares the business development of telephone interpretation company TheLanguage Line Service and Accesspath, and shows the professional guidelines and basic processes of telephone interpretation. The fourth chapter is the conclusion part, which mainly summarizes the characteristics and prospects of interpretation in the development of professionalization.
