【摘要】：STARTALK項(xiàng)目是美國政府全額資助的,旨在培養(yǎng)掌握“關(guān)鍵語言”人才的語言項(xiàng)目。ACC是美國各大學(xué)漢語聯(lián)合中心的簡稱,是業(yè)內(nèi)著名的漢語教學(xué)項(xiàng)目。ACC-STARTALK中文教師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目是ACC的一個(gè)子項(xiàng)目,是為美國本土中文教師提供語言知識(shí)、第二語言教學(xué)理論及教學(xué)實(shí)踐等多方面的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。 本文以2011年ACC-STARTALK為觀察對(duì)象,確立項(xiàng)目教材編寫、項(xiàng)目教學(xué)管理、培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)方法和項(xiàng)目評(píng)估方法五個(gè)觀察維度,采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、焦點(diǎn)小組訪談法和觀察法對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行觀察,使用定性研究和定量研究結(jié)合的方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析,提出ACC-STARTALK有準(zhǔn)確的前端分析,有針對(duì)性的課程設(shè)置,高效率的運(yùn)作模式以及理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的教學(xué)方法等優(yōu)勢(shì),并針對(duì)國內(nèi)的短期漢語教師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The STARTALK program, which is fully funded by the United States Government, is a language program designed to train "key language" talents. ACC is the abbreviation of the Chinese Joint Center of American Universities. ACC-STARTALK Chinese teacher training project is a sub-project of ACC, which provides American native Chinese teachers with language knowledge, second language teaching theory and teaching practice and so on. This article takes 2011 ACC-STARTALK as the observation object, establishes the project teaching material preparation, the project teaching management, the training curriculum setup, the teaching method and the project evaluation method five observation dimensions, adopts the literature analysis method, the questionnaire survey method, Focus group interview and observation are used to observe the project, and qualitative and quantitative research are used to analyze the project. It is pointed out that ACC-STARTALK has accurate front-end analysis and targeted curriculum. The advantages of high-efficiency operation mode and teaching method combining theory and practice are given, and some suggestions are put forward for short-term Chinese teacher training projects in China.
