【摘要】：系統(tǒng)功能語法是把語言的實(shí)際使用作為研究對象，有助于我們解釋和評估語言在交際過程中的使用和作用。根據(jù)韓禮德的相關(guān)研究，系統(tǒng)功能語法可以解釋語言的本質(zhì)，功能和發(fā)展，探索涉及語言的各種實(shí)際活動，如詞典和語法書的編撰，司法問題和機(jī)關(guān)部門的交際等，了解語篇價(jià)值的性質(zhì)，通過研究各種語篇來了解文學(xué)和非文學(xué)作品。（胡壯麟，2005）但是，用系統(tǒng)功能語法來分析國際商務(wù)合同的研究在中國語言和法學(xué)界還不甚多，對國際商務(wù)合同的分析都還是停留在宏觀的語言學(xué)層面上，部分研究主要是對合同的文體特征和用詞用句的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行簡單描述，，基于此點(diǎn)，本文試圖以系統(tǒng)功能語法作為理論指導(dǎo)對國際商務(wù)合同進(jìn)行語篇分析,從而論證系統(tǒng)功能語法在語篇分析方面的應(yīng)用性。 本文運(yùn)用三大純理功能和語域理論作為該文的理論指導(dǎo)，通過對語篇的語域分析以及分析商務(wù)合同的用詞和結(jié)構(gòu)如何在語篇中實(shí)現(xiàn)概念意義，人際意義和語篇意義等，然后運(yùn)用“語境—語篇—評論”的語篇分析方法對國際商務(wù)合同的語篇進(jìn)行功能語篇分析，從而得出結(jié)論，即系統(tǒng)功能語法可以揭示和理解語篇意義和語體風(fēng)格。此外，系統(tǒng)功能語法的實(shí)用性有助于我們正確理解合同內(nèi)容，從而指導(dǎo)我們合同翻譯活動和談判活動，由此可以提高商務(wù)交流的成功率，減少由于對合同的不理解或歧義而造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。
[Abstract]:Systematic functional Grammar is a study of the actual use of language, which helps us to explain and evaluate the use and role of language in the process of communication. According to Halliday's research, systemic functional grammar can explain the nature, function and development of language, explore various practical activities related to language, such as compiling dictionaries and grammar books, judicial problems and communication between government departments, etc. To understand the nature of discourse value and to understand literary and non-literary works through the study of various texts. (Hu Zhuanglin, 2005) however, there are not many studies on the use of systemic functional grammar to analyze international business contracts in Chinese language and legal circles, and the analysis of international business contracts remains at the macro linguistic level. Part of the study mainly focuses on the stylistic features of contracts and the features of lexical sentences. Based on this point, this paper attempts to use systemic functional grammar as a theoretical guide for discourse analysis of international business contracts. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the application of systemic functional grammar in discourse analysis. Under the guidance of the theory of three major pure functions and register, this paper analyzes the register of the text and analyzes how the words and structures of business contract can realize the conceptual meaning, interpersonal meaning and textual meaning in the discourse. Then the text analysis method of context-discursion-review is used to analyze the text of international business contract, and the conclusion is drawn that the systemic functional grammar can reveal and understand the meaning and stylistic style of the text. In addition, the practicability of the system functional grammar helps us to understand the content of the contract correctly, thus guiding our contract translation and negotiation activities, thereby increasing the success rate of business communication. Reduce economic losses due to lack of understanding or ambiguity of the contract.
