【摘要】：本文是2010年教育部、國家語委重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目普通話普及情況調(diào)查河北省普通話普及情況調(diào)查子項(xiàng)目的研究成果。文章分普通話作為母語、普通話能力、普通話在不同場(chǎng)合的使用、普通話程度以及普通話學(xué)習(xí)等五個(gè)方面,描述并分析普通話在河北省以及城鄉(xiāng)、性別、年齡、職業(yè)、受教育程度等人群中的分布情況;同時(shí),將調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)與2000年"中國語言文字使用情況調(diào)查"河北省的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析現(xiàn)階段普通話使用的基本狀況,總結(jié)10年來普通話普及的大致趨勢(shì)和特點(diǎn),對(duì)目前普通話普及中存在的問題提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:This paper is the research result of the investigation of Putonghua popularization in Hebei Province in 2010, which is a key project of the Ministry of Education and the State language Committee. This paper describes and analyzes Putonghua in Hebei Province, as well as in urban and rural areas, gender, age, occupation, and so on, from five aspects: Mandarin as the mother tongue, Putonghua ability, the use of Putonghua in different situations, the degree of Putonghua and the study of Putonghua. The distribution of education and other people; At the same time, by comparing the survey data with the relevant data of Hebei Province in 2000, this paper analyzes the basic situation of Putonghua use at the present stage, and summarizes the general trend and characteristics of the popularization of Putonghua in the past 10 years. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the popularization of Putonghua.
