【摘要】：口譯，，作為一種新興職業(yè)和重要的跨文化交際手段,在國(guó)際交往日益頻繁的今天被越來(lái)越廣泛的運(yùn)用,尤其是隨著改革開放及經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,中國(guó)越來(lái)越多地參與國(guó)際事務(wù)，越來(lái)越多的國(guó)際會(huì)議在中國(guó)召開,口譯人才的需要大量增加。然而，擺在面前的一個(gè)嚴(yán)峻事實(shí)是,高素質(zhì)高水平的口譯人員緊缺，一批批口譯能力不高,口譯素質(zhì)不過(guò)硬的人員充斥著市場(chǎng),那么一個(gè)合格的口譯員究竟應(yīng)該具備哪些能力和素質(zhì)呢？一個(gè)合格的口譯員應(yīng)該進(jìn)行怎樣的素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)才能滿足市場(chǎng)需求呢？為了回答上述問(wèn)題，本文以“從口筆譯對(duì)比角度論口譯員的素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)”為題，分四章展開討論。 第一章從口譯與筆譯的對(duì)比開篇，介紹口譯與筆譯在定義、翻譯過(guò)程、翻譯模式和特點(diǎn)方面的相同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn)。通過(guò)對(duì)比分析得出結(jié)論，即使口譯以筆譯為基礎(chǔ)，但口譯有自己的特點(diǎn)，口譯與筆譯的不同點(diǎn)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)相同點(diǎn)。 第二章總結(jié)出與筆譯相比口譯所具有的特殊性，因此譯員要掌握處理口譯特殊性的策略。譯員要想把握好這些策略，就需要其具備一些特殊的素質(zhì)。 第三章通過(guò)介紹口譯員與筆譯員所需要具備的素質(zhì)，總結(jié)出共性的素質(zhì)和不同的素質(zhì)，進(jìn)而指出口譯員不僅需要具備筆譯員的某些素質(zhì)，還應(yīng)具備一些其他的素質(zhì)，才能勝任口譯工作。 第四章是本論文的核心部分。通過(guò)與筆譯員素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行比較，并結(jié)合作者自身的口譯與筆譯實(shí)踐，探討應(yīng)采取哪些獨(dú)特的方式方法對(duì)口譯員的素質(zhì)進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Interpretation, as a new profession and an important means of intercultural communication, is increasingly used in today's international exchanges with increasing frequency. Especially with the reform and opening up and the development of economic globalization, China is increasingly involved in international affairs, more and more international conferences are held in China, and the need for interpreters is greatly increased. However, a grim fact is that there is a shortage of high-quality and high-level interpreters, a large number of low-quality interpreters, and the market is full of people with poor interpreting quality. What abilities and qualities should a qualified interpreter possess? What qualities should a qualified interpreter cultivate? In order to answer the above questions, this paper discusses the cultivation of interpreters'quality from the perspective of contrastive interpretation and translation in four chapters.
Chapter One begins with the comparison between interpretation and translation, introducing the similarities and differences between interpretation and translation in terms of definition, translation process, translation mode and characteristics.
Chapter Two sums up the particularities of interpretation as compared with that of translation, so the interpreter should master the strategies to deal with the particularities of interpretation.
Chapter Three introduces the qualities that interpreters and translators need to possess, summarizes the common qualities and different qualities, and then points out that interpreters need not only some qualities of translators, but also some other qualities to be competent for interpreting.
Chapter Four is the core part of this thesis. By comparing with the quality training of translators, and combining with the author's own interpretation and translation practice, this paper explores the unique ways and means to cultivate the quality of interpreters.
