來疆哈薩克斯坦留學(xué)生文化敏感度調(diào)查

【摘要】:本調(diào)查根據(jù)陳國明和Starosta編制的跨文化敏感度量表,設(shè)計了問卷,一共24項內(nèi)容,涵蓋了敏感度的五個因素,即交際參與度、差異認(rèn)同感、交際信心、交際愉悅感和交際專注度,對新疆財經(jīng)大學(xué)50位哈薩克斯坦籍留學(xué)生開展問卷調(diào)查,通過分析調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)判斷其跨文化敏感度水平,并且探討影響其敏感度的因素。在調(diào)查結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,對三名哈薩克斯坦籍留學(xué)生進(jìn)行了深入訪談。 通過調(diào)查分析發(fā)現(xiàn),哈薩克斯坦籍留學(xué)生跨文化敏感度處在中等水平;留學(xué)生個體因素對其跨文化敏感度產(chǎn)生影響;在“跨文化敏感度量表”的五個因素中,差異認(rèn)同感最強,而交際信心等其他因素較低。影響敏感度的因素有孤獨、思鄉(xiāng)、文化的差異及學(xué)業(yè)和生活的不適應(yīng)等;最后,根據(jù)筆者的教學(xué)及管理經(jīng)驗,,從教師、管理人員、社會機(jī)構(gòu)、留學(xué)生自身這些角度提出建議。
[Abstract]:According to the cross-cultural sensitivity scale compiled by Chen Guoming and Starosta, a total of 24 items were designed, covering five factors of sensitivity, namely, communicative participation, differential identity, communicative confidence, communicative pleasure and communicative focus. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 50 Kazakh students from Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics. The cross-cultural sensitivity level was judged by analyzing the survey data and the factors affecting the sensitivity were discussed. Based on the results of the investigation, three Kazakh students were interviewed in depth. Through the investigation and analysis, it is found that the cross-cultural sensitivity of Kazakh students is at the middle level, the individual factors of the foreign students have an impact on their cross-cultural sensitivity, and the differential identity is the strongest among the five factors in the Cross-cultural sensitivity scale. Other factors, such as communicative confidence, are lower. The factors influencing sensitivity are loneliness homesickness cultural differences and the inadaptability of study and life. Finally according to the author's teaching and management experience the author puts forward some suggestions from the perspectives of teachers administrators social institutions and foreign students themselves.
