CCTV《焦點訪談》節(jié)目的態(tài)度評價研究

【摘要】:媒介話語是當代語言生活中的強勢話語,電視新聞評論是媒介話語的組成部分之一,在引導社會輿論、維護主流價值體系方面發(fā)揮著重要的人際和社會功能。電視新聞評論節(jié)目在當前電視傳媒業(yè)中處于重要地位,它通過蘊涵說話人價值判斷的話語,表達說話人意欲傳遞的交際意圖,進而實現(xiàn)語篇的人際功能。 馬丁在20世紀90年代提出的評價理論拓展并豐富了人際意義資源在系統(tǒng)功能語言學理論中的應用。它關注說話者/作者對人物、地點、事物、事件、現(xiàn)象等的肯定或否定的態(tài)度,及如何協(xié)商、表明自己的態(tài)度和立場.也就是說,這一理論關注那些說話者用來表達,,協(xié)商以及將主觀性和意識自然化的語言。 該論文嘗試將評價理論應用于具有代表性的CCTV電視新聞評論節(jié)目《焦點訪談》中。試圖通過分析《焦點訪談》節(jié)目中對不同新聞事件評論的多種態(tài)度、看法和立場,揭示出評論者表達態(tài)度和觀點所采用的語言學手段;同時通過分析進一步探尋態(tài)度資源在《焦點訪談》節(jié)目中的實現(xiàn)形式和功能,以及這種實現(xiàn)形式和功能是如何影響并拉攏觀眾的。 在分別確定《焦點訪談》節(jié)目的語場,語式和語旨后,該論文采用定性分析和定量分析相結合的方法,通過對其中的評價資源分布實現(xiàn)形式以及人際功能進行的人工分析,進而得出結論:CCTV節(jié)目《焦點訪談》中大量使用了多種態(tài)度資源尤其是鑒賞和判斷資源,而且這些態(tài)度資源以顯性資源為主,這與節(jié)目的功能和使用者的意圖和立場有關;節(jié)目中交互采用各種否定和肯定的態(tài)度資源,很好的體現(xiàn)了節(jié)目懲惡揚善的交際意圖;在態(tài)度的來源上,節(jié)目大量采用借言介入資源協(xié)商或縮小和受眾的態(tài)度分歧,在此基礎上再通過自言介入資源來拉攏和說服受眾;在態(tài)度的程度上,級差資源中強勢和明顯聚焦的運用有效地放大了說話人的聲音,使其姿態(tài)更加清晰可靠,并處于強勢地位,因此更具說服力,從而團結更多的受眾。 該論文的研究試圖證明評價理論對于漢語電視新聞評論節(jié)目的話語進行分析是行之有效的。同時,對于電視新聞評論節(jié)目來說,只有成功實現(xiàn)其人際功能才能落實其大眾傳媒的功能。因此,此項研究期望能夠拓展語言學研究的視野,即在漢語新聞評論節(jié)目中的應用以及研究其大眾傳媒的社會功能,同時也拓寬評價理論在話語分析中的應用,提供給其他漢語語篇的評價資源研究一些可以參考和借鑒的數(shù)據(jù)和方法。
[Abstract]:Media discourse is a powerful discourse in contemporary language life. TV news commentary is one of the components of media discourse. It plays an important interpersonal and social function in guiding public opinion and maintaining the mainstream value system. The utterance of judgment expresses the communicative intention of the speaker's intention, and then achieves the interpersonal function of the text.
Martin's Appraisal Theory in the 1990s broadens and enriches the application of interpersonal meaning resources in Systemic Functional Linguistics. It focuses on the speaker/writer's affirmative or negative attitudes towards characters, places, things, events, phenomena, and how to negotiate to express his or her attitude and position. The language used by speakers to express, negotiate and naturalness and consciousness naturalness.
This paper attempts to apply the evaluation theory to the representative CCTV news commentary program Focus Interview. By analyzing the various attitudes, views and standpoints of commentaries on different news events in Focus Interview, it reveals the linguistic means adopted by commentators to express their attitudes and opinions, and further analyzes them. This paper explores the forms and functions of attitude resources in Focus Interview and how these forms and functions affect and attract audiences.
After determining the field, mode and tenor of the program respectively, this paper adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, through the artificial analysis of the distribution of evaluation resources and interpersonal function, and then draws the conclusion that a great deal of attitude resources are used in CCTV program, especially in focus interview. It is appreciation and judgment resources, and these attitude resources are mainly dominant resources, which is related to the functions of the program and the intentions and positions of the users; interactive use of various negative and positive attitude resources in the program, which well reflects the program's communicative intention to punish evil and promote good; in the source of the attitude, the program uses a large number of pretext intervention. Resource negotiation or narrowing and the audience's attitude divergence, on this basis, and then through self-intervention resources to attract and persuade the audience; in the degree of attitude, the use of strong and clearly focused differential resources effectively enlarges the speaker's voice, making his gesture clearer and more reliable, and in a strong position, therefore more convincing. And unite more audiences.
This paper attempts to prove that the evaluation theory is effective in analyzing the discourse of Chinese TV news commentary programs. At the same time, for TV news commentary programs, only by successfully realizing their interpersonal function can they fulfill their mass media functions. Therefore, this study is expected to broaden the perspective of linguistic research, that is, to broaden the horizon of linguistic research. The application of appraisal theory in discourse analysis and the study of social functions of mass media in Chinese news commentary programs can also be broadened to provide reference data and methods for the study of appraisal resources in other Chinese discourses.
