【摘要】：近年來(lái)，文化軟實(shí)力越來(lái)越受到各國(guó)的推崇，文化外交逐漸在各國(guó)對(duì)外政策中占據(jù)重要地位。隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛，中國(guó)開始在國(guó)際舞臺(tái)上尋求并擴(kuò)大自己的影響力，中國(guó)有意通過(guò)宣傳自己的語(yǔ)言和文化來(lái)構(gòu)建與世界溝通的橋梁，孔子學(xué)院應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。作為國(guó)家級(jí)文化機(jī)構(gòu)，孔子學(xué)院的使命是神圣并艱巨的�？鬃訉W(xué)院誕生于2004年，八年的光輝歷史記錄并見證了孔子學(xué)院的每一步成長(zhǎng),它使中國(guó)文化走進(jìn)了五大洲，增進(jìn)了世人對(duì)中國(guó)文化的理解與喜愛。 法國(guó)是一個(gè)世界公認(rèn)的文化大國(guó)，19世紀(jì)末就將文化外交視為其對(duì)外政策的重要組成部分。法語(yǔ)聯(lián)盟始建于1883年，是宣傳法國(guó)文化的一個(gè)重要機(jī)構(gòu)。截至今天，法盟已有一百多年的歷史，它將法國(guó)文化帶到世界各地，為提升法國(guó)在世界舞臺(tái)上的影響力做出了很大的貢獻(xiàn)。 同樣作為文化機(jī)構(gòu)，法語(yǔ)聯(lián)盟悠久的發(fā)展歷程可以為孔子學(xué)院提供很多寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),對(duì)孔子學(xué)院的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有一定的啟示作用。本文將對(duì)法語(yǔ)聯(lián)盟和孔子學(xué)院這兩個(gè)文化機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行對(duì)比，通過(guò)對(duì)比，分析兩者的共同點(diǎn)與不同點(diǎn)，，并從資金來(lái)源、穩(wěn)步發(fā)展中保證質(zhì)量、培養(yǎng)教師隊(duì)伍和編寫多樣化的教材以及減少負(fù)面影響這四個(gè)方面來(lái)重點(diǎn)討論孔子學(xué)院如何更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, cultural soft power is more and more respected by countries, cultural diplomacy gradually occupies an important position in foreign policy. With the rapid development of China's economy, China has begun to seek and expand its influence on the international stage. China intends to build a bridge with the world by publicizing its language and culture, and Confucius Institutes have emerged as the times require. As a national cultural institution, the mission of Confucius Institute is sacred and arduous. Confucius Institute was born in 2004, eight years of glorious historical record and witnessed the Confucius Institute every step of the growth, it makes Chinese culture into the five continents, to enhance the world's understanding of Chinese culture and love. France is a recognized cultural power in the world. It regards cultural diplomacy as an important part of its foreign policy at the end of the 19th century. Founded in 1883, the French Union is an important institution for the promotion of French culture. As of today, the French League has a history of more than 100 years, it has brought French culture to the world, and has made a great contribution to enhancing France's influence on the world stage. As a cultural institution, the long history of the French Union can provide many valuable experiences and lessons for the Confucius Institute, which has a certain enlightenment to the sustainable development of the Confucius Institute. This paper will compare the two cultural institutions, the French Union and the Confucius Institute, and analyze their common points and differences through comparison, and ensure the quality from the sources of funds and steady development. This paper focuses on how Confucius Institutes can better achieve sustainable development from four aspects: training teachers, compiling diversified teaching materials and reducing negative effects.
