【摘要】：在當(dāng)今中國(guó)翻譯界，“變譯”形式逐漸被一些人所接受。不過(guò)，理論和實(shí)踐方面的多元化都遭到了相當(dāng)一部分人的抵制。因?yàn)槿藗儗?duì)傳統(tǒng)理論仍心存敬畏，不愿或不敢冒犯其至高無(wú)上的地位。換句話說(shuō)，傳統(tǒng)理論及觀念對(duì)我們構(gòu)成了某種禁忌，這對(duì)理論和實(shí)踐的發(fā)展都是極為不利的。 美國(guó)翻譯理論家羅賓遜教授的《翻譯與禁忌》(TranslationTaboo)一書(shū)為我們提供了很好的借鑒。在書(shū)中，，羅賓遜教授通過(guò)豐富的文本詳細(xì)分析了西方翻譯史上的種種禁忌，并表明這些禁忌今天仍然存在，而且已經(jīng)深入到西方翻譯理論到實(shí)踐的各個(gè)層面，對(duì)理論家和譯者形成了禁錮，限制了翻譯理論和實(shí)踐的多元發(fā)展。書(shū)中分析的許多現(xiàn)象同樣也出現(xiàn)在中國(guó)翻譯界，因而很有參考價(jià)值。 本翻譯項(xiàng)目節(jié)選了第三章進(jìn)行翻譯。特別針對(duì)文中大量出現(xiàn)的定語(yǔ)從句進(jìn)行翻譯探討，同時(shí)對(duì)原文關(guān)鍵詞“double”進(jìn)行研究，總結(jié)翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In today's Chinese translation world, the form of "variant translation" has gradually been accepted by some people. However, theoretical and practical pluralism has been resisted by a considerable number of people. Because people are still in awe of traditional theories, unwilling or afraid to offend their supremacy. In other words, traditional theories and ideas constitute some kind of taboo to us, which is unfavorable to the development of theory and practice. American translation theorist Professor Robinson's Translation and taboos (TranslationTaboo) provides us with a good reference. In his book, Professor Robinson makes a detailed analysis of various taboos in the history of Western translation through rich texts, and shows that these taboos still exist today and have reached all levels of Western translation theory to practice. It limits the pluralistic development of translation theory and practice. Many of the phenomena analyzed in the book also appear in Chinese translation circles, so they are of great reference value. This translation project excerpts from the third chapter for translation. In particular, the translation of attributive clauses is discussed, and the original keyword "double" is studied, and the translation experience is summarized.
