【摘要】：《肘后備急方》是由東晉葛洪撰著,梁陶弘景增補(bǔ)的一部醫(yī)學(xué)方劑書(shū),成書(shū)的年代不晚于公元500年。該書(shū)語(yǔ)言通俗平白,口語(yǔ)性很強(qiáng),具有較高的詞匯研究?jī)r(jià)值。通過(guò)研究,我們總結(jié)了該書(shū)的語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn),挖掘了一批新詞新義,并對(duì)書(shū)中富有特色的同義詞進(jìn)行了梳理和辨析。 本文共分三章：第一章,我們分析了作為醫(yī)學(xué)方書(shū)的《肘后備急方》的語(yǔ)言特色,發(fā)現(xiàn)它具有專業(yè)性、時(shí)代性、繼承性和發(fā)展性三個(gè)特點(diǎn)：第二章,挖掘了一批《肘后備急方》中的新詞新義,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行歸類整理研究,對(duì)書(shū)中新詞新義產(chǎn)生的原因試作解釋；第三章,《肘后備急方》含有豐富的同義詞,我們對(duì)這些同義詞進(jìn)行了歸類辨析,并對(duì)它們的構(gòu)成方式和相互間的語(yǔ)義關(guān)系做了闡釋。
[Abstract]:"elbow reserve emergency" is written by GE Hong in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and supplemented by Liang Tao Hongjing. It was written no later than 500 AD. The language of the book is plain and colloquial, which is of great value in lexical research. Through the study, we summarize the language characteristics of the book, excavate a number of new words and meanings, and sort out and discriminate the unique synonyms in the book. This paper is divided into three chapters: in Chapter one, we analyze the language characteristics of "cubital emergency side", which is a medical prescription book, and find that it has three characteristics: professional, epoch, inheritance and development. This paper excavates a group of new words and meanings in "cubital emergency side", classifies and studies them, and tries to explain the causes of the new meaning of new words in the book. Chapter three, "Elbow Reserve urgent side" contains abundant synonyms, We classify these synonyms and explain their composition and semantic relationship.
