泰國便利店漢語口語教材編寫的理論與實踐

【摘要】:漢語國際教育是指面向海外母語非漢語者的漢語教學,其目標是培養(yǎng)外國學生的漢語交際能力與漢文化知識。教材是教學的主要媒體,它是教師和學生所依據(jù)的材料,在整個漢語國際教育教學環(huán)節(jié)中占據(jù)著非常重要的地位。在海外教授漢語,教材的設計不同于留學生來華學習漢語更不同于國內(nèi)的語文教材設計。因此,編寫出適合海外學生實際情況的教材,在很大程度上能夠提高漢語教學與學習的效率以及提高學生的學習興趣,所以漢語國際教育教材的選編值得我們進行研究。 本文以泰國正大技術(shù)經(jīng)濟職業(yè)學校為例對泰國便利店漢語口語教材的編寫進行研究。主要采取觀察法、功能分析法、調(diào)查法、實驗法和文獻研究法以及經(jīng)驗總結(jié)法對泰國便利店漢語口語教材詞匯、會話與練習項目的選編進行研究,為泰國正大技術(shù)經(jīng)濟職業(yè)學校的教學以及泰國便利店的中文銷售提供參考。 本文主要分為七章。情況如下:第一章緒論。主要闡明本文的選題來源、研究對象、研究綜述和研究方法。第二章筆者主要從認知理論和語義場理論探討七篇課文選編問題。第三章筆者從會話結(jié)構(gòu)理論、會話功能理論和會話話輪交接三個方面探討泰國便利店漢語口語教材會話項目的編寫。第四章主要從交際能力理論和教育目標分類理論探討泰國便利店漢語口語教材練習項目的編寫。第五章介紹了教材編寫方案以及教材編寫成果。第六章主要從詞匯、會話、練習三個方面檢測教材試用效果。第七章結(jié)語部分筆者簡約地表達了自己編寫泰國便利店漢語口語教材的心得體會。
[Abstract]:Chinese international education refers to the teaching of Chinese for non-native Chinese speakers, whose goal is to cultivate foreign students' Chinese communicative competence and knowledge of Chinese culture. Teaching material is the main media of teaching, and it is the material based on by teachers and students. It occupies a very important position in the whole international teaching of Chinese. To teach Chinese overseas, the design of teaching materials is different from the design of Chinese teaching materials in China. Therefore, compiling textbooks suitable for overseas students can improve the efficiency of Chinese teaching and learning to a great extent and enhance students' interest in learning. Therefore, the selection and compilation of textbooks for international Chinese education is worthy of our study. This paper takes Zhengda Technical and Economic Vocational School of Thailand as an example to study the compilation of spoken Chinese textbooks for convenience stores in Thailand. Mainly by means of observation method, functional analysis method, investigation method, experimental method, literature research method and experience summary method, this paper studies the selection of vocabulary, conversation and exercise items in Thai convenience store spoken Chinese textbooks. To provide a reference for the teaching of technical and economic vocational schools and the Chinese sales of Thai convenience stores in Thailand. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The situation is as follows: the first chapter is an introduction. This paper mainly expounds the source of this topic, research object, research review and research methods. In the second chapter, the author mainly discusses the selection of seven texts from cognitive theory and semantic field theory. In the third chapter, the author discusses the compilation of conversation items in Thai convenience store from three aspects: the theory of conversation structure, the theory of conversational function and the transfer of conversation. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the compiling of Thai convenience store's Chinese spoken language textbook from communicative competence theory and educational goal classification theory. The fifth chapter introduces the plan of compiling the textbook and the result of compiling the textbook. The sixth chapter mainly examines the effect of teaching materials from vocabulary, conversation and practice. In the last part of chapter seven, the author simply expresses his own experience in compiling Chinese spoken Chinese textbooks for convenience stores in Thailand.
