【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告。翻譯項(xiàng)目的原文為就《企業(yè)激勵(lì)政策和環(huán)保決策》而編著的《荷蘭皇家殼牌集團(tuán)》案例報(bào)告。本章作者是彼得·H·梅（Peter H May）等。原文的主要內(nèi)容是殼牌在發(fā)展過(guò)程中，意識(shí)到可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要性并將可持續(xù)發(fā)展納入公司決策中。本報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容分四部分，第一、翻譯項(xiàng)目介紹，包括項(xiàng)目的背景、意義等。第二、原文背景介紹，，包括作者簡(jiǎn)介、主要內(nèi)容介紹、原作結(jié)構(gòu)和語(yǔ)言特征等。殼牌在發(fā)展當(dāng)中如何意識(shí)到可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要性是原文的主要內(nèi)容，原文陳述了可持續(xù)發(fā)展方案納入企業(yè)決策的緩慢過(guò)程及面臨的困難和取得的成就。第三、翻譯難點(diǎn)與翻譯方法：在原文的翻譯過(guò)程中，普通科技文體的特點(diǎn)，如句式、表達(dá)頻頻出現(xiàn)是翻譯過(guò)程中的難點(diǎn)。在翻譯過(guò)程中用到的翻譯方法主要有：化零為整、增補(bǔ)與省略、轉(zhuǎn)換法、倒置法、正說(shuō)反譯法。第四、總結(jié)在翻譯過(guò)程中所得到的啟發(fā)、教訓(xùn)和仍待解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:This article is a translation project report. The original text of the project is the case report of the Royal Dutch Shell Group on Enterprise incentive Policy and Environmental decision making. The author of this chapter is Peter H. May and others. The main content of the original text is that Shell realizes the importance of sustainable development in the process of development and takes sustainable development into the decision-making of the company. The main content of this report is divided into four parts: first, the introduction of translation project, including the background and significance of the project. Second, the background of the original text, including the introduction of the author, the main content, the original structure and language features. How Shell realizes the importance of sustainable development is the main content of the original text, which describes the slow process, difficulties and achievements of integrating sustainable development programs into enterprise decision-making. Third, translation difficulties and translation methods: in the process of translation, the features of common scientific and technical styles, such as sentence patterns, frequently appear in the process of translation. In the process of translation, the main translation methods are as follows: turning zero into integral, adding and omitting, transforming, inversion, positive speaking and reverse translation. Fourthly, it summarizes the enlightenment, lessons and problems that remain to be solved in the process of translation.
