【摘要】：本報(bào)告為新加坡某公司與國(guó)內(nèi)某公司及其持股人三方達(dá)成的《獨(dú)家購(gòu)買(mǎi)權(quán)合同》翻譯之后的分析和總結(jié)報(bào)告。合同文本具有用詞嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、句式復(fù)雜、邏輯性強(qiáng)的典型特征，筆者認(rèn)為針對(duì)這類文本翻譯的方法研究有很大的參考價(jià)值。報(bào)告中分析了該合同翻譯整個(gè)過(guò)程中所遇到的典型問(wèn)題和應(yīng)對(duì)策略，從翻譯前、翻譯中和翻譯后三個(gè)過(guò)程探討譯者的工作，以及在字、句、篇三個(gè)層次的分析。功能對(duì)待翻譯理論和因特網(wǎng)翻譯工具也應(yīng)用到了整個(gè)的翻譯實(shí)踐過(guò)程當(dāng)中。針對(duì)長(zhǎng)難句式的翻譯，筆者提出了直譯、拆分和合并三個(gè)主要策略。通過(guò)這樣一個(gè)將理論應(yīng)用到實(shí)際，再?gòu)膶?shí)際中分析總結(jié)歸納出經(jīng)驗(yàn)，，作者試圖為合同翻譯實(shí)踐提供一點(diǎn)思路和想法。
[Abstract]:This report is an analysis and summary report after the translation of the exclusive right of purchase contract between a Singapore company and a domestic company and its shareholders. The contract text has the typical characteristics of rigorous wording, complex sentence structure and strong logic. The author thinks that the research on the translation methods of this kind of text is of great reference value. The report analyzes the typical problems and coping strategies encountered in the whole process of translation of the contract, discusses the translator's work at the three levels of pre-translation, translation and post-translation, as well as the analysis at three levels: word, sentence and text. Functional approach to translation theory and Internet translation tools are also applied to the whole process of translation practice. Aiming at the translation of long and difficult sentences, the author puts forward three main strategies: literal translation, splitting and merging. By applying the theory to practice and analyzing and summing up the experience, the author tries to provide some ideas and ideas for the practice of contract translation.
