【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，中國在世界的影響力不斷提升，華語文越來越受到世界的重視，華文的影響也越來越大，大陸和臺(tái)灣地區(qū)均為推廣華文教育出臺(tái)多項(xiàng)政策，兩者之間既有競爭也有合作，，共同推動(dòng)海外華文教育的發(fā)展。華文教育作為僑務(wù)工作的重點(diǎn)，一直受到臺(tái)灣官方的重視，除了官方主管僑教部門“僑委會(huì)”對華文教育進(jìn)行推動(dòng)外，臺(tái)灣官方在政策方面給予臺(tái)灣民間的華文教育團(tuán)體大量的支持，并將他們作為官方華文教育的支持輔助力量，多次委托民間機(jī)構(gòu)開展華文教育活動(dòng)。世界華語文教育學(xué)會(huì)便是臺(tái)灣成立較早的華文教育學(xué)會(huì)之一，其與臺(tái)灣官方的關(guān)系也十分密切，它在華文教學(xué)方面運(yùn)作成熟，多次開展華文教育活動(dòng)，成果顯著。本文從世界華語文教育學(xué)會(huì)主辦的各屆研討會(huì)、兩岸交流、華文教材的編撰等方面介紹該學(xué)會(huì)對臺(tái)灣華文教育的貢獻(xiàn)，探究兩岸華文教育的發(fā)展與合作，并以此總結(jié)臺(tái)灣海外華文教育的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，以期為兩岸華文教育研究做點(diǎn)貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy, China's influence in the world has been constantly rising. The Chinese language has been paid more and more attention to by the world, and the influence of the Chinese language has become more and more great. Both the mainland and Taiwan have issued many policies to promote Chinese language education. There is both competition and co-operation between the two to promote the development of overseas Chinese education. As the focal point of overseas Chinese affairs, Chinese education has always been taken seriously by the Taiwan authorities. Besides, the "overseas Chinese Committee", which is in charge of the official overseas Chinese Education Department, has been promoting Chinese language education. In terms of policy, the Taiwan authorities have given a great deal of support to Taiwan's non-governmental Chinese education organizations, and used them as the supporting and auxiliary forces of the official Chinese language education, and have repeatedly commissioned non-governmental organizations to carry out Chinese language education activities. The World Institute of Chinese language Education was one of the earliest Chinese language education societies in Taiwan, and its relations with Taiwan authorities are very close. It has a mature operation in the teaching of Chinese language and has carried out many Chinese language education activities with remarkable results. This paper introduces the contribution of the Chinese language Education Society to the Chinese language education in Taiwan from the following aspects: seminars, exchanges between the two sides of the strait, compilation of Chinese teaching materials, etc., and explores the development and cooperation of the Chinese language education across the Taiwan Strait. It also summarizes the development of overseas Chinese education in Taiwan in order to contribute to the study of Chinese education on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
