【摘要】：目前,對《蒙古秘史》各方面的研究在不斷地深入、細化,但對詞匯研究,尤其對詞匯的分類研究還很薄弱。本文主要對《蒙古秘史》中飲食名稱進行分類,并研究解析其詞匯意義、民俗文化內(nèi)涵。 全文由緒論,第一章,第二章,第三章,第四章,附錄等六個部分組成。 緒論包括研究目的,方法,概況,所需藍本和研究意義。 第一章,統(tǒng)計分類《蒙古秘史》中飲品名稱,并解析其詞匯意義。 第二章,統(tǒng)計分類《蒙古秘史》中食品名稱,并解析其詞匯意義。 第三章,統(tǒng)計并解析了《蒙古秘史》中與飲食相關(guān)的特殊名稱的詞匯意義及民俗文化內(nèi)涵。 第四章,從《蒙古秘史》飲食名稱中概括了蒙古族古代飲食特征。 最后,附《蒙古秘史》飲食名稱詞匯索引。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on the secret history of Mongolia has been further and more detailed, but the research on vocabulary, especially on the classification of vocabulary, is still very weak. This paper mainly classifies the names of diet in the Secret History of Mongolia, and studies its lexical meaning and folk culture connotation. The thesis consists of six parts: introduction, chapter one, chapter two, chapter three, chapter four and appendix. The introduction includes research purpose, method, general situation, needed blueprint and research significance. The first chapter is the statistical classification of beverage names in Mongol Secret History and its lexical meaning. The second chapter, the statistical classification of the food name in the Secret History of Mongolia, and the analysis of its lexical meaning. In Chapter three, the lexical meaning and folk culture connotation of special dietetic names in the Secret History of Mongolia are analyzed. The fourth chapter summarizes the characteristics of ancient Mongolian diet from the name of Diet in the Secret History of Mongolia. Finally, a glossary index of diet names is attached.
