【摘要】：對樓盤名稱的研究是近年來興起的，隨著房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)的愈演愈烈而受到越來越多學者的關注。樓盤作為商業(yè)性質的住宅，對其命名不僅要考慮語言因素，更要注意社會影響與商業(yè)效益。北京與華盛頓作為中美兩國的首都，樓盤名稱也呈現(xiàn)各自的特點。它們的異同點是本文探討的重點。 本文采取描寫與解釋相結合的方法，從語言學、文化學與社會語言學角度，對北京與華盛頓樓盤名稱進行分析與對比。文章共分為五章。第一章介紹了選題緣由與意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法與步驟。第二章介紹了論文相關理論，主要涉及文化語言學的內(nèi)容，，如文化對詞匯的影響以及社會語言學的內(nèi)容。第三章對北京樓盤名稱進行分析，主要包括五個方面：語音分析、語義分析、結構分析、修辭分析、文化分析。語音分析主要討論北京樓盤名稱的音節(jié)數(shù)量及音節(jié)搭配；語義分析分為通名與專名兩部分，主要分析其用詞的特點；結構分析探討樓盤名稱的詞語組成方式；文化分析從北京的歷史與文化出發(fā)，進而提升至中國文化對北京樓盤名稱的影響與作用。第四章對華盛頓樓盤名稱進行分析，此章與第三章結構相同，只是第一節(jié)討論的是華盛頓樓盤名稱的字數(shù)分析而非音節(jié)分析，這是由英漢兩種語言的不同造成的。第五章是本文的重點，北京與華盛頓樓盤名稱的異同點分析。本章分為兩部分，先通過對詞義的分析找出其異同點，再從文化、歷史與社會方面來解釋原因。 論文在語料描寫的基礎上，運用文化語言學相關理論，對北京與華盛頓樓盤名稱的相同與不同之處進行了對比分析，是對北京樓盤名稱分析的一個總結，也是對華盛頓樓盤名稱進行了初探，進一步豐富了樓盤名稱的研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of real estate, more and more scholars pay more and more attention to the study of real estate name. As a commercial residence, the naming of real estate should not only consider language factors, but also pay attention to social influence and commercial benefit. Beijing and Washington as the capital of China and the United States, the name of the property also presents their own characteristics. Their similarities and differences are the focus of this paper. This paper analyzes and compares the names of buildings in Beijing and Washington from the perspectives of linguistics, culturology and sociolinguistics by combining description with explanation. The article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the reason and significance of the topic, research content, research methods and steps. The second chapter introduces the relevant theories of the thesis, including the content of cultural linguistics, such as the influence of culture on vocabulary and the content of sociolinguistics. The third chapter analyzes the name of Beijing real estate, including five aspects: phonetic analysis, semantic analysis, structural analysis, rhetorical analysis and cultural analysis. Phonetic analysis mainly discusses the syllable quantity and syllable collocation of Beijing real estate name; semantic analysis is divided into two parts: generic name and proper name. The cultural analysis proceeds from the history and culture of Beijing, and then promotes to the influence and function of Chinese culture on the name of Beijing real estate. The fourth chapter analyzes the name of Washington real estate. The structure of this chapter is the same as the third chapter, but the first section discusses the word number analysis rather than syllable analysis of Washington building name, which is caused by the difference between English and Chinese. The fifth chapter is the focus of this paper, the similarities and differences between Beijing and Washington. This chapter is divided into two parts, first through the analysis of the meaning of words to find out the similarities and differences, and then from the cultural, historical and social aspects to explain the reasons. On the basis of corpus description, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the names of buildings in Beijing and Washington by using the relevant theories of cultural linguistics, which is a summary of the analysis of the names of buildings in Beijing. It is also a preliminary study of the Washington property name, further enriched the study of the property name.
