【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告。翻譯項(xiàng)目原文為香港啟明創(chuàng)富有限公司的公司章程。譯者在紐馬克文本范疇理論的背景下，交替使用語義翻譯策略、交際翻譯策略和關(guān)聯(lián)翻譯法來解決在翻譯過程中遇到的困難。本篇翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告主要包括四大部分，，第一部分是翻譯項(xiàng)目整體簡(jiǎn)介，包括項(xiàng)目背景、目標(biāo)和意義；第二部分是源文文本分析，包括公司章程概述、文體特征和詞匯特征；第三部分為本篇翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告的重點(diǎn)，陳述本次翻譯過程中筆者遇到的翻譯難點(diǎn)以及使用的翻譯方法；第四部分是總結(jié)在翻譯過程中得到的啟發(fā)、教訓(xùn)和亟待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:This article is a translation project report. The original text of the translation project is the articles of association of Hong Kong Qiming Chuang Fu Co., Ltd. In the context of Newmark's text categorization theory, the translator alternately uses semantic translation strategies, communicative translation strategies and relevance translation methods to solve the difficulties encountered in the process of translation. This translation project report mainly includes four parts: the first part is the overall introduction of the translation project, including the background, objectives and significance of the project, the second part is the source text analysis, including the company articles of association overview, stylistic features and lexical features; The third part is the focus of this translation project report, which describes the translation difficulties encountered by the author and the translation methods used in the translation process. The fourth part is a summary of the enlightenment, lessons learned and problems to be solved in the process of translation.
