【摘要】：隨著來瓊留學(xué)教育的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，俄羅斯留學(xué)生在海南已是一個(gè)日益壯大的留學(xué)群體，，他們在瓊學(xué)習(xí)和生活適應(yīng)狀況受到日益廣泛關(guān)注。隨著國際旅游島建設(shè)上升為國家戰(zhàn)略，為海南迎來了前所未有的歷史發(fā)展機(jī)遇期，教育對外開放進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大，交流和合作增多，漢語國際推廣工作和招收留學(xué)生日趨活躍，同時(shí)基于國際旅游島建設(shè)的自身需求，發(fā)展優(yōu)質(zhì)的留學(xué)生教育，也是海南“請進(jìn)來”戰(zhàn)略部署的策略之一，是海南教育國際化的最直接的體現(xiàn)。在新形勢下為做好俄羅斯留學(xué)生的教育和管理工作，有必要對在瓊俄羅斯留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)問題進(jìn)行研究，幫助他們了解自己的行為方式和情感傾向，調(diào)整在不同文化環(huán)境下的學(xué)習(xí)和生活。本文嘗試以在瓊高校的俄羅斯留學(xué)生作為研究對象進(jìn)行跨文化適應(yīng)狀況研究，從語言適應(yīng)、學(xué)習(xí)與心理適應(yīng)、環(huán)境適應(yīng)、人際交往適應(yīng)等方面研究他們在新文化環(huán)境中的適應(yīng)狀況，從而提高對俄羅斯留學(xué)生的全面認(rèn)識，促進(jìn)對俄羅斯留學(xué)生的國際漢語課堂教學(xué)和管理，為教學(xué)和管理部門對俄羅斯留學(xué)生的教育和管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the further development of studying abroad education in Hainan, Russian students have become a growing group of overseas students in Hainan, and their study and life adaptation in Qiong have been paid more and more attention. As the construction of international tourist islands has become a national strategy, Hainan has ushered in an unprecedented period of historical development opportunities. The opening up of education to the outside world, the increase of exchanges and cooperation, the increasing international promotion of Chinese and the recruitment of foreign students have become increasingly active. At the same time, based on the demand of the construction of the international tourism island, the development of high-quality foreign students' education is one of the strategies of Hainan's "invite in" strategy and the most direct embodiment of the internationalization of Hainan's education. In order to do a good job in the education and management of Russian students in the new situation, it is necessary to study the problem of cross-cultural adaptation of Russian students studying in Qiong in order to help them understand their own behavior patterns and emotional tendencies. Adjust the study and life in different cultural environment. This paper attempts to study the cross-cultural adaptation of Russian students in Qiong University from the perspective of language adaptation, learning and psychological adaptation, and environmental adaptation. In order to improve the overall understanding of Russian students and promote the international Chinese classroom teaching and management of Russian students, the adaptation of interpersonal communication is studied in the new cultural environment. For the teaching and management of Russian students to provide reference for education and management.
